This number is from a company called volt delta based in The Rochester Area. It is a subsidiary of Volt Information Services based out of New York City. Also, a working business partner with Northrup Grumman. Don't know why the would be calling Boise Idaho.

Didn't answer and turned the machine off. Came from Rochester, NY.

Received a call just now from this number; it was a recorded voice that stated the same as above. My caller ID says its coming from "VOLT DELTA".

I did receive the same call in Orlando, FL, which apparently originated from Rochester, NY, and upon answering it, a recorded message said ...."Hello, we are confirming actives lines for telephone directory assistance, thank you" ...and hung up.  It sounded very strange and weird to me, especially when a recorded voice "confirming" an active line came on.
