i recieved a phone call from this # stating i had charges against me, could not understand the man

I received the same call last Friday.  He said I needed to call him the second I got his message.  If I didn't return his call, the only thing he could do was wish me luck on what was about to be unfolded for me.  He had a think accent that I couldn't really understand.  What can I do?

I received a call on my cell phone, but they left a message for an old employee of mine. He rambled on incoherently for about a minute. All I could make out is that I was to call him the second I received his message, this was an urgent, time sensitive matter about money. If I did not call him back, he wished me luck and further action would be taken. I listened to the message several times and could not understand 70% of what he said. Out of curiosity, I called him back. He asked for my number, then said he was an attorney from California. To which I replied, "You are an attorney from California, calling from New York??" He hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to his supervisor. He said "I am the father"... repeatedly. I said, "does that mean you are the supervisor?" He said, "yes B***H." I asked why he was calling me a b***h? He said, "because you are, B***H!" He hung up on me again. I googled the number to which I have found several websites such as this with similar, and some much worse stories. I wish there was something I could do to report these people. What would make them people think that acting rude and violent will get them money? They are obviously extremely unintelligent, and when they realized I was smarter than that, they got mad and hung up.

They called me as well stating it was urgent to call them back and gave the name of John Smith although he had a thick Indian accent.   I called back and they answered the phone with the name John Anderson Attorney.  I never gave them my name and they hung up when I said I was reporting this number for fraud.

Called my work number over and over.  Refused to stop calling.  Said there was a "lawsuit against (my) social security number"  and the police would be here to arrest me.  I work at a school.  Our security officer (sworn law enforcement officer) got on the phone and read him the riot act.  He hung up and called back again. HOW do we get them to stop when they are using different numbers and are not really in the US?

Called me at work too.  When I told them I knew they were a fraudulent company they continued to call until repeatedly until I threatened to have them prosecuted for harrassment.  Do not listen to them....  Last year they were calling from a number in California doing the same scam.  They pull information from the web for anyone who has ever even inquired about a pay day loan whether you got one or not it pulls your information.  They are a fraud.

I was also given a call from this number same foreign caller stating I have finance problems and I'll be arrested

Good to know its a scam called me had my social said I was gonna be aressted for three counts of fraud rings me I owe over thousand bucks . Glad I looked,it up.

I've been receiving phone calls since for two days from this number he said his name was Sean Marshall, its a foreigner calling saying its a serious legal manner, and don?t disregard the call. and my lawyer needs to contact Ronnie Cooper at 585-641-4422. which is the same number that he was originally calling from. He said they needed to decide if my case needed to be downloaded to the court house on Monday morning. he said if i don?t contact them, the only thing he can do is wish me good luck. as the situation unfolds on me  i attempted to call the number back, but when i called there was no dial tone no ringing. Nothing. This man called my job saying i needed to call him back. i finally searched for the number on Google, and saw I?m not the only one he's harassing , but i want to know how to make him stop calling.

the same number called me 8 times with in 2 hours and told me call me right now with my lawyer or if he don't hear from then all  he could do is wish me good luck. he didn't say why he was calling just to call him right back.

I recieved the orginal call from A very broken English Phillipino saying I or my Attorney must call.
When I did I got a very RUDE Richard Miller....I was already on line and when this Richard Miller told me I was being charged by "American Cash for a deposit into my account and I refused to pay back...
I told him that I'm in my account right now and see no deposits to my account...He hung up. I tried calling back the phone number several times and got nothing but a ring.
I went immediatly to my bank and them investigate this....They told me that there had never been any deposit except my normal deposits. They then told me because there had been this claim that I should open a new Checking and savings and close the old one. I did.
Today I got another phone call from the same broken english person (Adam) asking if my Attorney was with me and said that I had three charges for Fraud.
I told him there was no such deposit into my account and to give me the details of the charges....He told me that I must call 585-641-4422 to Ronnie Cooper who has my case and talk to him.
I called this Ronnie Coo-per and told him to give me the details right now and I'm going to the police department to report a Fraud on their part.
The phone went dead.
I went to the Local Police dept. and reported the Fraud and the Sargent called 585-641-4422 and Identified himself as a Police Officer and the phone went dead.....
He told me to take a whisle and blow it into their ear next time they call.....
I asked about one of those air horns you hear at ball games...he told me perfect.

I just got a phone call from # 585-641-4422 stating his name was "Jason" from some law office and stated my husband has 3 law suits against him. He stated they are out of New York. "Jason" who had an Indian accent and broken english stated that my husband needed to call him back within 30mins or Monday morning everything will be sent over and he will be going to jail. I was told that my husband was to call back and ask from the senior attorney Ronnie Cooper at ext 124. "Jason" said that he would fax over the legal paper also. They had all my husbands infomation such as his name, employment information and ss#. I told him that my husband was a high attorney and that they messed with the wrong person(which is a lie cause I just googled the number he called us from while I was on the phone with him to see if this was all true,which it wasn't). I told him that I was going to get the FBI and he would be sorry. I then told him that I was just talking to him long enough until I could find information out about the scam they are trying to pull.I called him out on his name as well. I told him I have NEVER heard of an Indian person with an american name such as "Jason" so he can cut the bullsh*t and tell me his real Indian name I also told him I knew he wasn't from New York that he is in fact in India and all he could say was " oh god, oh god". I then told him he better never call my house ever again. He then told me to have a good weekend. THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT FALL FOR ANY OF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING!!! DO YOU RESEARCH!!

Got a call from this number saying I had some sort of criminal lawsuits pending and gave me another number to call. Which was 510-545-6120. The man had a very heavy indian accent and went thru the same spiel about getting a lawyer and going to jail, blah, blah, blah.  I called the number and told them (some woman answered) that the number was reported to the FBI and not to call me again.  Idiots seem to start this every spring. Too lazy to get a real job so they harass honest people. They try to scare and intimidate folks.  Just tell them in no uncertain terms where they can go.

-haha- hilarious. Some guy called me 7 times in 1 day, left the same message 3 times. Heavy middle eastern accent but his name was more American than the damn cheese. I also received a call from a 1-855-249-8216 number. When I google this number and the IMG name I was given, absolutely nothing about these guys comes up. I think all legit businesses will have some type of info online. I could find absolutely nothin in the whole world wide web... suspiscious, to say the least

I received a call today, several calls, all from this  New York phone number, first at work, he said he was through some law firm, then changed his story saying he was from the Federal Investigation and that I had 3 law suits against me, when I asked what these law suits were he told me I needed to talk to his senior attorney and that I would need to call him immediately.  I had a feeling it was a scam, he then called my cell phone several times, when I answered he changed his story saying I had criminal charges against me.  I was furious, I asked what these charges were and he would not answer me, he has my full name, my employer information, social security number.  When I told him that if didn't stop calling me I would contact the authorities, he told me "enjoy the last evening with my family"  I went to the local PD, the cops called the number and they hung up.  I have been advised to contact the FBI since its across the state lines.  THIS IS A SCAM!  Indian Accent, Broken English..

This man has been harassing me ALL DAY! Left me the same voicemail and when I did answer he said that I had "pending allegations" and that I needed to get a lawyer! Like, what the hell? Then he ask me to call him back on this number, I did ... and the phone never rang

Hello all, just recieved a phone call from a 585 area code claiming to be a legal firm, before he started his second sentence , I cut him off, told him to never call me again. The same thing happened to me a year ago, guy called from an Albany ny area code claiming to work for the Albany pd, so I called Albany pd, made a complaint , a detective called me back and stated these foreigners come here , get cell phones, then go back to their countries, so it shows up as new York..he stated there's nothing they can do since its international...but what was funny and how I knew first call was a scam, he stated he was an officer and that I would be arrested for assault due to telling him off on the phone..much to his surprise, I am a police officer lol...

i got a phone call from this number too.  Her name was Jenny Smith spoke broken english.  She told me that i have a debt of 550 and i have to pay it or else i have to go on court and she could report to my employer and i could get fired for that.  she asked me to pay today but it has to be western union non other than that.  she have all my information

Called me at work at left a message stating "Do not ignore this call.  If you do ignore this call, I just wish you luck as this unfolds."  He was very hard to understand and never stated where he was calling from.

This guy called my phone and told me I had 3 law suits out of california. He also had my job Info and knew my work number and my social.  He said the sheriffs office was going to come to my job and arrest me.  He would not give any other information.  Same broken English and a his name was Mr Scott. Really scary

If somebody don't stop this man from calling me.....I'm going to blow a fuse. My number has been placed on the do not call list. Some how I keep receiving these calls from this ignorant a** individual. Frankly, I don't appreciate being threatened about a loan that I have never received. Somebody really needs to deal with whomever this maybe. The calls are being made from this MAGIC JACK......the advertisement that is shown on television.

I just got a call saying I owe money to some company, they said something about internet fraud. I called back, they have my house address, work address, they know my bank, email address.  How is this possible? These people are threatening to have me arrested.  What is this crap?

I got a call from this jack*** today called him back and he started screaming at me that I was going to jail tomorrow for interstate wire fraud and check cashing scheme he's a real creep I am gna follow up with the attorney general tomorrow

I keep getting the calls today at work and on my cell phone, they say I owe them over $8,000  Telling me I will be arrested at work.  The man was middle eastern and had poor English.  He left me awful voice mails.  I called the secret service and was also told to file a police report.  I notified my bank last week for fraud because I had seen unauthorized transactions and it turns out it is them, they have already debited over $300 from my account and when I had closed the account for fraud is when they started to call demanding money threatening me.  
The Secret Service is after these people and need us to give them information to bring them to Justice.  Contact your nearest Secret Service Office.  Also file a local police report, and of course notify your bank.  These people have my social security number, date of birth, driver?s license number, full name, my home and work address and phone numbers, they have completely stolen my identity and are trying to demand money from me. Protect yourself and help bring them to justice!!

I just got this same call today! I even went so far as to call my local police dept. And report this which in turn she told me it was a scam! What really P's me off is he has our personal information! I mean he read my social of to me!!! WTF????!!!! I'll do what ever it takes to help bring this Basterd down!!!!
