You can protest about false accusations all you want ~ I spoke with law enforcement agencies concerning threats made to me when you called both me and my husband and I was told by them that you are a fraud. Some people in their departments had also been threatened by your company - the name usually given is Patrick. People who defraud others most often end up in jail for their actions. Why don't you use your creativity for legal activities?

Hi "Disappointment", almost everything you wrote is a lie. Don't bother denying it, I will not be answering any questions and I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain this in a way that you would understand.

You certainly are a disappointment Patrick.  I expected better lies from you.  Not just idle dismissiveness.  Where's the unjustified anger?  Where's the undeserved righteousness?

No questions, just statements:
As a business, you fail.  As a scammer, you fail harder.  As a person, you are just taking up space and oxygen from those that are more worth their existence.

Normally, comments on this website is ignored due to your freedom of speech. Keep in mind this threat is for the use of IDENTIFYING the number that has been calling you and getting detailed information as to WHY you are being called. However, the accusations made here warrants a response. First I will comment that this number has been in use for over 1 year and 6 months, and the fact that through out this time a few chose to skew the accuracy of our intentions is testament to whom we actually help verse the individual who simply cannot or refuse to be helped.
10 Sep 2013 -  "use inappropriate tactics to collect including threatening to arrest you." False. you were never threatened in anyway. you were given a choice of how to handle your outstanding balance and you chose not to take care of it.
7 Nov 2013 - "he was supposed to e-mail me something indicating he is supposed to be doing this, but none arrived.  Also said that he could only give me a partial document no. - 2201, so no fraudulent documentation could be provided to him!" False.. you were sent documentation as promised. as for the partial document No. you were given. There is a very good reason for this. YOU STATED YOU PAID THIS ALREADY. In order to assist you in retrieving documents to prove this. you are given a partial number to AVOID FALSIFYING DOCUMENTS.
19 Nov 2013 - I'm not even going to quote you. almost every statement you have made is a lie. Find another way to fluff your ego.
22 Nov 2013 - You have already been addressed outside this thread.
24 Nov 2013, Amanda - I am going to leave you with a legal definition. and i urge ALL FUTURE individuals to read this as well.
SLANDER n. oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed. Slander is a civil wrong (tort) and can be the basis for a lawsuit. Damages (payoff for worth) for slander may be limited to actual (special) damages unless there is malicious intent, since such damages are usually difficult to specify and harder to prove. Some statements such as an untrue accusation of having committed a crime, having a loathsome disease, or being unable to perform one's occupation are treated as slander per se since the harm and malice are obvious, and therefore usually result in general and even punitive damage recovery by the person harmed. Words spoken over the air on television or radio are treated as libel (written defamation) and not slander on the theory that broadcasting reaches a large audience as much if not more than printed publications.
*** This will be the only response. I will not be answering any questions.
                                                         Always in your service, Patrick

Debt Collector
They have been calling my grandma's house stating I owe $500 but they will settle for $300.  They are stating I took out a payday loan to my UMB Bank account in August 2011.  I closed the account in June 2011 and thankfully kept all my records.  I knew it was a scam bc of all the music and talking in the background.  He states that he will file a criminal case against me in Jasper county (where "I live") and they will send me to jail.  They have called my grandma around the clock stating they would kill my son, kidnap him, they even said they would "harm me".  My grandma told them to stop calling and of course they wont.  They have called my cell once (just got the number so I really dont know how they found it..probably on the internet) and left a voicemail.  I told my grandma to provide my husband's cell number and she did but they haven't called it yet.  (She didn't tell them it was his.)

They called me today saying they were going to give me 24 hours to contact them back and left a message with my SSN in the message. They said that they were going to file with the county that I live in. I called them back and spoke to them and asked him for his employee number because it is against the law to leave a message with a persons entire social security number. He went on to say that he didnt care, either i needed to pay him or he was going to file a case in court against me. I told him he could try but i know all the judges in my county since my father is a criminal judge in my county. I told him that he will be hearing from the state of TEXAS and he got scared and said that I didn't have any kind of debt with them any longer just to keep his name out of it. This will be my 4th law suite that i have against a** holes like him that leave my SSN on my voicemail.

It says ChxSystems 529.  They falsely as though they were from a company that handles bounced checks, but that's not who they are.  They are debt collectors for payday loans and use inappropriate tactics to collect including threatening to arrest you.
