Make a settlement never pay whole balance, I did , it stopped wage garnishment. If you go to court the balance is higher

My lawyer has tried to get a hold of them and had been unsuccessful.  Now they are saying not to file my taxes because of a levy.

Are you saying that a collection agency put some kind of a hold on your account without first being awarded a judgement in court? If that's what you're saying, please tell us the full name of this agency, its physical address & the state you live in. You obviously have all the paperwork. Post it here so we can verify it & look in to your predicament.

Hmmm WRONG, I got my bank account closed twice. Should I get a lawyer?  When I called HSBC they said I had frozen account from this collection company. Not only did I have to fax papers and my debt, I had to pay HSBC a release hold. So Gunner, if your right what should I do.

You Shills are quite determined aren't you? You weren't garnished because garnishment is ordered by the court. AFTER a hearing! NO debt collection fraud-shop can just have your wages garnished. NOR can they close bank accounts. EVER!

I've already stated that no one should pay a debt collector that fails to adhere to the FDCPA. That really bothers you doesn't it? We all know why. You can't supply proof of your claims because you have none. You're just a fraudulent debt collection outfit trying to collect on invalid, time-barred or purely imaginary debt. You know it. I got my F****n wages  garnished  from my job, they called my work.  I didnt recieve a settlement ?  I would of paid, but my job gave them all my info?  I tried to pay back but they told me to late WTF.  I agree the worst this ever I did was take out email loans.  I suggest everyone should ask for a settlement before theses Bast#$$ garnish your paychecks or close your bank account:((((

No one should pay ANY debt collector until they have received (by mail, NOT e-mail or fax.) a legitimate notice of validation. And they have VERIFIED all its contents. It's just as simple as that. No written proof in front of you? Do NOT pay a single dime!  EVER!

I recieved a phone call too, I owned my payday loan that my girlfriend took out,  I got a good settlement, I will never take a payday loan again, my bank accounts were closed and my HR was called for admistrative garnishment, payday loans suck you in when your broke.  No scam,  I wish I paided at time.  

Received phone message from 585-730-6162 Julia Rose from Check System. I lokked up phone number on Google and it states that this number  is a scam. I did call back and a message was on the phone number that I reached the desk of Julia Rose from Check System. to leave my name; phone number AND CASE NUMBER and she will return my call.
