I am being harassed by this individual as well.  

This guy has called me every single day M-F for the past 2 weeks.

I keep getting calls from 789 numbers, some blocked some not. They only talk when I answer the blocked calls

I have had close to 6 consecutive days of this caller trying to reach me and not leaving a message.  Not calling on the weekend.  If there is anyway to stop this I'd like to know.

I would like to know who owns this number, they call my phone at least once a day.
