i recieved the same call from jason green, saying the same thing , claiming i had gotten apayday loan i offered to send them abankstatement proving the money was never deposited in my account . but they wouldnt accept it. they wanted me yo get a prepaid creditd card apay with . iwas threatened with a warrant, and they were very nasty. when i hung up the phone alady with aforeign accent called and threatened to have me locked up. ihad to have every thing changed.iwas petrified  they said they were going to send the police to my job. how do these people get your numbers if they are unlisted ? what good is the donot call list?

i have had this Jason Green calling me about a payday loan he said i got and never repaid he has even called my job saying he is from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations and he was going to have me arrested if i didnt get a walmart money card and send him 1798.00and i had a hour to do so or he was sending out a warrent and i would be arested within two hours i did not do it because every time i ask him to send me copys of all it he changed the subject and wonted me to send him my ss# and a photo copy of my drivers lis. i did not do that eather i am at my wits end with these people

I got a call today from Jason Green telling me that either my lawyer or I should call the number it was a legal matter and they were calling from the Federal State Bureau.  He was also foreign speaking.

I got the same call today! He left a message saying that there are some legal issues. And that he is gonna have a warrant for my arrest. Well that guy somehow got my number and is now calling me since weeks telling me the same story! Funny thing is he always changes what company he is calling from........ SCAM!!!!

Pissed Off Too  got a call from this number-jason green and i hung up on him when he started his speal and then kimberly kroft called back and left a nasty msg that she was going to call the sheriff and put in a harrassing phone call complaint on me. i called back and let them have it with both barrels. we know that they are scammers and i told the person who answered the phone to let kimberly know that she cannot touch me. they dont even have a address on me-scammers! they say they are in NY. Go ahead and call the sheriff-i have already turned them over to  the FBI and local authorities where i live. kimberly gave her extention as x484. such bs and im sure they will not call back now.

I received a call at work with a threatning message saying I was going to be prosecuted if I don't pay, but they never told me who I owe and what I owe if anything. I tried calling them back and they left me on hold for 20 to 25 minutes each time. Finally someone tried explaining that I owe some unknown online payday company. I told them not to call me anymore or I will sue, they responded to have my attorney contact them and they hung up the line.

Well, first of all you cant issue a warrant for something that I dont owe. Second, what happened to sending a certified letter to show me who I owe and the amount. This man must be crazy if he thinks that I am going to give him my money that I dont owe. Hey if i owe it and it is legit where is my letter declaring the facts.

i just got a call today at my mothers May 11, 2011. I called back thought it was something important.. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and never came back.. I was a little leary when I first called. I looked online for the number it says it is a landline number then I found this site.

I am harassing them . They are using IP over internet for their scam. Now they are hanging up on me..... too funny.

The number comes back to Batavia, NY.

These idiots have called my girlfriend at work, My phone went dead and they called me back from 585-861-4713. they called her at work and threatened to have her arrested for fraud. They cannot call the sherriff and have her arrested for this debt. This is against the law of the State of New York Attorney General.

I spoke to a Jason Green and then his supervisor Bryan Daniels. They both have foreign accents.

They have threated to have her arrested for Bank Fraud from Nevada.
They just called her job asking for a manager.

I received same call from this company  the guys name was Mark;  said i owed money for a payday loan from Cash Advance for $1,810.00;  the number he calld in from was  646-918-8123;   turns out i work in collections;   he started using profanity when i calld him back;   he said he was from the office of John Milton, New York ACS  but would NOT provide an address;   HEAVY MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT;    since i work in collections he deffinately violated the FDCPA  Fair Debt Credit Protection Act.    i calld him back on a recorded phone line had him disclose this information and then when i advisd to him he violated it he became verbally abusive using very foul language;    WHAT A JOKE  THEY COME HERE AND DONT PAY TAXES AND NOW ARE TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY;   DO NOT GIVE THEM BANKING INFO; DO NOT FAX THEM ANYTHING EITHER ESPECIALLY YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION;   THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING;  THEY CANNOT ARREST YOU NO MATTER HOW AFFRAID YOU ARE;        MARK, JOHN MILTON, HEIDI;  GET A LIFE;  GET A REAL JOB;    GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM YOU LOSERS

Just got a call from investigator Jason Green form the Criminal Investigations Unit in Florida.  Looking for an employee here and had her last four SS# digits.  Mistakenly kept referring to her as "Him" or "He" and wanted an immediate call back. 585-861-4713

People -There is no such buisness as bureau of criminal investigations; it should be the bureau of criminals!! Do not send them anything do not talk to them on the phone. If its a legitimate buisness matter you will recieve certified mail explaining the matter. No one is going to come to your work and arrest you.

I got a called from Kimberly Croft today, and she did everyone else is claiming she has done, get this she said I could pay the debt off, but only with a PREPAID debt card...who does this. Looking at all the other post, I'm glad I didn't give her any money!

Today I received a call from John Milton 585-861-4713 Ext. 9211 claiming he was from New York investingation and if I did not call and take care of matter I would be charge and fine.
