He keeps calling saying that he is from irs but he is not just a scam!!

Got a call at 10 pm in the night regarding a law suite...
He's simply a jerk.
A con Men and a Scam artist.

This guy definitely has a fake accent.  He first said he was from the Federal Investigation Association.  When I called him back and blocked my number and used a fake accent back on him, he said I was calling Dominos Pizza in Austin, Texas.  When I asked to order a pizza, this guy said he couldn't take my order because he was busy with his girlfriend.  When I asked to speak to the manager at this so called Dominos, the same guy got back on the phone.  When I called back again, an answering machine picked up and said I was calling the Legal Department of Cash Advance.  You can hear the same fake accent with a touch of a New York accent on this answering machine.  How many people has this guy called and harrassed that have not reported him or researched his phone number.

Tried to scare things regarding ssn.

This number called me and said that he was Deputy Murrell with the New York Police Department  Badge Number 2806... Which I know he made up right then and there, but First thing that tipped me off was that Sheriffs Office has Deputies.. Police departments have Officers.....
When I told the heavy Idian accented man that I was not going to talk to him because he was not a real officer and that I have turned this information over to Idaho attorney Generals Office, he hung up...
I have had the same phone calls... I put them on hold sometimes when they call me at work or sometimes I will just put them to my voice mail.. They have always left messages with name and phone number, this wsa good for me as I turned allthis information over to the state

Keep having phone calls from various guys with thick accents, giving different names.  Most recently a few are from "Max Butler" from "Jackson and Lewis company"  but they have also said police office and FBI and crap like that.  Going to follow the footsteps of someones post earlier and tell them I have reported them to the police so they will stop calling me.
They also have ALL of my info, and have threatened to hurt my credit report, and have me arrested and fired from my job.

This guy keeps calling my husband and telling him that he owes him money and he nor I have ever heard of this person. The guy gave my husband a name of Mac Butler and told him that he was going to download and freeze his social security number, he also asked him if he could prove himself in a court of law. Obviously this guy must think he is dealing with idiots but he's not. I have looked his name and number up on several occasions and he nothing but a fraud. Someone needs to stop this guy and put an end to his phone calls to people. I am to the point that I am going to sue this guy for harassment and then we will see who owes who what.

When they call my office, they say a name (Samantha something) and the guy says a case number, & that it's a sherriff's office.  I called them back (again) to say that it's a business & the person doesn't work here.  He's very rude.  I, too, believe it's some kind of scam.
A search of this number on whitepages.com says it comes from Batavia, NY.

I have had 4 calls this week from very heavily Indian accented people telling me that I owed them money and if I didn't pay them, they were going to sue me and send me to jail!  Please make them stop they call my place of business and my cell phone consistantly!!!!

these people are fraudulant. i contacted the company that they say i owe money to and the company had never even heard of me. they are crazy. you can google how to legally report them... its a long process but, it may be worth it. i just told them a white lie that i had contacted the police and they hung up on me... fishy!

I got a call from these people & they had all my personal info & tried to tell me i owed money to a company i have never heard of & never dealt with. They were forigners & there was something fishey about the phone connection if its a landline they must be recording or something cause the line would break up And fade out.

Some kind of collections agency they keep calling and asking for an employee and when told it is company policy to not transfer calls of such matter that they need to contact the individual at another time the man calling me cussed me out  and told me I could go to hell you fen bit** in his foreign accent. When I asked to be transferred to his supervisor he hung up on me. We have caller ID so I called back and told him not to call our number again and to learn some manners VERY RUDE!

Person keeps calling my employer concerning a financial debt, I am not sure for what. The secretary says they are very rude and has asked them several times to stop calling.
