This company continues to call, even if you are on a national do not call list.  There seems to be no way to stop them.  Ideas?

Recorded message, I get it every week

Automated messege saying I was eligible for a discount on my Consumers Energy gas rates.  Interesting, because I don't have Consumers for my gas.

I've asked to be remove from the call list and Tiffany has said four times now I would be removed within 48 hours.  I asked why she still calling me Tiffany hung up on me.

that do not call list is a farce.. I have done it for years and get between 2 and 5 calls a day.. I am old and ill and should not have to get up to answer this nonsense daily.. The law does absolutely nothing.  If it isn't something not wrong with my credit card, its wanting me to change gas companies, or buy a life alert necklace or some damn thing.. I am going to need one when I have a stroke that they are causing..Who will ever ever step up and stop this nonsense??????????

I am on the donot call list, yet I receive daily calls from this and other numbers with whom I have no business.

Been getting calls from them for the last several weeks even though I requested to be taken off their call list. I had a few minutes so I thought I would have some fun, so I pressed 5 to talk to the agent. When he asked me for my POD number, I told him I was looking for a copy of my bill and asked for the name of the company. He just repeated that he needed the number off my gas bill.  I kept asking him stupid questions, like "How long will it take to replace my gas line?". After he told me that they would not have to replace my gas line, I asked "Are the workers who will replace my gas line insured?" Occasionally asking for the name of the company again,  but he never told me the name, just kept giving the sales pitch about how it would be cheaper for me to get the gas from them. the game got old after keeping him on the line for about 5 minutes and then told him that he should get a real job instead of trying to scam people.... and then insisted to be removed from their call list again.....of course I used more words than that....

After being nice so many times and still got calls, I wonder if they will quit calling if I waste their time...worth a try anyway if you have time and want to have some fun!!!

This number is another gas service yet they identify themselves in such a way you believe they are your
service company and they want to see if you're eligible for a discount. They want your business and they are very misleading when the talk with you. They will ask you to get your Consumers Energy bill out (or whatever service you have in your area). They then confirm some information (which is public information) and then they will ask you for your POD number. DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM because they then have you and can switch your gas service over to their company. The company may be legit but how they go about getting you as a customer is very underhanded.  Don't trust them - don't want them.

these people need to be put in jail for distrupting lives and secutity of home. These phone calls are made
illegally. If their not shuving stuff in your mail box, their spamming your e-mail, if their not spamming e-mail
you have to sit thru 12 commercials every 10 min while watching tv.  cancel cable , turn in the phone,
we can live without them, our lives will probably be more happy with peace and solitude.

I have now subscribed to screwing with this robo-call, following the prompts until a human answers. I starting cursing at them in every known language which I know. Next time I think I'll let my 12 yr. old deal with them. He was my ace-in-the-hole during all the election calls.
