Call to my home number that nobody has, so suspect that it was a rotary call.
Getting more of these, very annoying.
I never pick up my VOIP phone.  Just use in emergency.

Also called as 214-984-3913 the day after.  "FBI reporting break ins, etc."  Sure it was a security company.  Called back and went right to "if you want to be removed" message.  We'll see.

Didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.  I called back, it did the "no call list, please press 1" thing, and I'm not pressing anything, because to me, that's kind of like saying, "Yes, a real, live person is at this number, so keep calling me, please!"

Received a call from this number at 5:41 pm, 9/24/13. No message left.

Don't know who the company is; only that they continually call my cell phone and don't leave a message.  I understand that it's a company from Michigan.  It's quite disruptive in nature; especially since they call midday when I am working.
If you are reading these posts, please stop calling!

All it does it tell them it is a live number; that's why they keep calling.

They don't "get" your number in the way you think.

They're just calling tons of people from an active phone number database.  Doesn't matter if you haven't given it out or if it's marked "private".  Your number will be in a master list, with everyone else.  

It's simply a matter if they hit your number from a massive database.  Luck of the draw.  

Only 2 defenses are to ignore it and report it to proper government outlets.

You do realize that this site only for making your issue public and to warn others.  

Complaining to the callers here will not have any effect at all.  Firstly, they don't read them. 2nd, these sites have no power over them, so it has zero effect.

You need to use government sponsored sources for to actually change things.

This number just tried calling my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it. It showed up in my caller id as a Michigan number. I don't know anyone in Michigan and I don't do any type of business in or out of Michigan. They didn't leave a message.

they are now calling my Work phone in Texas, what a waste of time, I'll bet these people are paid by the number of calls they do, not in the number of sales they make.

I myself and have talked to other people....It seems that anyone who has bellsouth/ATT has this happen; I believe that they are selling everyones cell #"s out cause it is to much of a coincedence

I'm a new immigrants, just buy my new phone number, but the above phone call me, no messages, so I think this is a fraud phone, hope you don't fall for it.

Some idiot from this number keeps calling my child's phone.  They better hope I don't find out who or where they are!

First received a call thru On-Star with the number 586-231-3722 while driving. When I answered, they hung up.  30 mnutes later a call on my cell phone with a message stating if you don't want to receive any more calls press 1. This is very strange because I've never given my car phone number to anyone.  I don't even know the number by heart!!!  It's probably some lazy telemarketer that thinks he slick.  Probably being paid for how many calls he makes.  So, he just makes the call and then hangs up.  I'll let you know if any new developments come up.
