Educate yourself, your family, and others about spam/scam/phishing phone calls and e-mails. Start right here at 800notes under Latest Articles, "16 Ways You Can Be Phone Scammed". This is a war between consumers and outside parties who do not respect individual privacy. Robo-calling made it even worse; any number could be called, whether listed or unlisted. This all began about 2006, if I remember correctly, when Congress changed the laws about keeping cell phone numbers private.
