Saved into contacts as Junk with a ringtone of No Ring. Supposedly political survey.

Just called. 6pm Sunday. No msg left. Just block them from your cell phone folks!  Problem solved.

I got about 20 calls from this number.  Last one at 10:30 after which I took the phone off the hook.

If you want this place to stop calling send an email to contact@mwrcenter.com  and include your phone number.  Then they will remove you from their internal call list.  Hope this helps you.  On caller ID it shows up as Research Center.

I get 5-8 calls each night from this same phone number.  It is from Mountain West Research www.mwrcenter.com I have called them back and get a recorded message telling me who they are and their web address.  I have emailed them and reported them to the FTC for harassing calls.

I said, "No thank you, I'm not interested." And she said, "But anyway, we are calling..." I hung up.

This call is Mountain WestResearch.  I blocked my number and called them back.  So they can be calling for political, research, opinion, etc.  

No one speaks after I answer.

Well for once someone calling from this number actually left a message: a Susanna Lopez claiming to be from "Mountain West".  Caller ID still says "RESEARCH CENTER" though.

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states do not allow them to call on their state DNC laws which can differ from the federal.

June 15, 2014.  I'm in Honolulu, HI.  Called twice today.  No messages left.

3:42pm HAST on a Sunday. 15 minute survey that felt like a push poll for U.S. Congresswoman Colleen Hanabusa who is running against U.S. Senator Schatz in Hawai?i. Testing positive and negative messaging statements about the candidates.

June 14, 2014.  I'm in Honolulu, HI.  Called once yesterday, twice today.  No messages left.

Research center calls everyday for nearly 2 weeks.  All hours of the day from early in the morning to late at night.  We always ask them to take us off the list yet they keep calling.  It is harassing and I am tired of it.

Called at 8 and 9 PST for the last two days.

3 calls in last 90 minutes. Must be bored.

Hung up after 6 rings. Did not leave a voicemail.

Received a call tonight at 8:20 pm PST, with a Michigan area code. I didn't answer, no voicemail. I usually look up numbers like this if I am near my computer. Found this thread. Glad I didn't pick up. Will see if they call back again as many suggest here. How do I block calls I wonder?

This number called.  I answered and hung up on them!

I use phone tray free on my computer and I can block any number. No limit. Get a cheep modem and connect to your phone outlet.

They are not a call blocking device and can not protect you from from the illegal callers. However, the DNC does not apply to charities, Political or Some survey's...  But even the survey's and charities can get into trouble.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

The only thing you do by re-registering is open yourself up for another 30 day's of legal business calling you on top of the illegal one. The Federal list is permanent. You don't have to sign back up again unless its a new number or your adding a new number or cell phone.

We need somebody like Batman who is outside the law to track these places down and destroy all their equipment. If anyone did what the government refuses to do about it, they would go to jail. The government has a monopoly on force and it hates competition.

Been calling at least once a day for the entire month of May. Tonight as I write this they have called three times this evening. Once per hour.  How obnoxious and abusive.    Thankfully I have the ringers off and let Caller ID do the job.

You must be joking.  Report it to state and national government sponsored "Do Not Call List".  I have.  It work a well as all the government programs, that is, NOT AT ALL.

Two calls this evening.  No response except a sneeze - when I answered.  I'm on do not call list.   Probably searching for an elderly voice so they can scam.  

The do not call list does not work, I have done ours over and over and over and they still call.
