This call was in Michigan Livonia zip code is 48154

I get this call 2 or 3 times a day.  Once I answered and told the caller never to call me again, so they did that same day.  I am on "no call list for telemarketers" also.

I've been getting these calls  3-4 times a week over the last couple of months, even getting some twice in one day and even on my cell phone.

You would think that with all the government  can do with phone numbers, they'd catch these guys and give them a heavy fine at the least!!

I do not know the company, however the phone # is 586-693-1117, Michigan.  I am on the DO NOT CALL  List, and yet keep getting annoying phone calls continuously.  What is the point of the Do Not call list?   I have called my number in twice already, and still receiving phone calls.

Robo call scam - Offered a free medical alert system along with a $3,000 gift certificate. If you do not speak or press any buttons it will revert to a busy signal at the end of the spiel. I reported this call to the FTC on 01/08/2014.

This number call all the time.  You would think they would get the message "we aren't answering the phone!"

Called again, left no message.....Adding to my blocked list.
However, they are using more than one numbers so keep adding them, till no one answers.

Scam phone message from a number in Warren, Michigan, claiming that I had already paid for a medic alert system and I needed to confirm shipment. Makes me angry that a confused senior could fall for this and provide their credit card information. Should be jailed!!

Have received many of these medic alert calls. If you listen to the whole message it tells you to press #5 to deny shipment. This doesn't seem to stop the calls...what can be done? I have also noticed this type of calls come from different phone numbers....what a pain

This guy called us from this number, I didn't answer it and let it go to voice mail. It says "MICHIGAN" on the caller ID. He said that either a friend, family member or someone is giving me a medical alert system and they want me to set up a time for installation, PLUS $3,000.00 in grocery discount certificates.

These a holes are getting smart (if that is possible). Now they are using a local area code and comes across as a Michigan call, so you think it is someone you might know.

I keep getting these pre-recorded messages.  I say hello once and no one answers.  I do not wait for the message but I have had this before from Warren MI.  I just press the # key in rapid succession to break the link of their phone line.  I stopped putting these calls on the do not call list, that list does nothing for anyone and I don't even know why it is there.  Maybe for terrorists or something?????

Get at least 4 call's a day from several different states .... ALL from "john" for a FREE Med. alert system.

I got a call from this number and it went into my voice mail but there was silence, although I could hear some breathing. Does anyone know who or what this phone number is related to? On my caller ID it just said Michigan. I tried to call it back and it said, the number is a non working phone number. I tried it again in the case I made a mistake but I didn't and it clearly said it was a non working number. If anyone knows who this is please post

CID said Michigan. Called after 8:30 PM on a Friday night. I don't answer any of these junk calls. If I don't know who it is I let it ring. This call was followed 10 minutes later by another call from Customer Contact which went unanswered too. Same scammers.

Got several calls from this #. The first left a message and said he was from a shipping department and someone had bought me a senior alert system and they wanted to set up shipping date. Sounded like a scam from the start. The next calls I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. So sick of these calls!

This caller is deceitful and takes advantage of the elderly.  We did not order a phone and nobody we know would order us one.  A confused elderly person would be either overjoyed or upset by the confusion.  Please stop this caller NOW.

the message: Hello this is John, I am calling about your medical alert system and I need information to ship this system to you.

It sounds like it is a recorded message.  the fellow keeps right on talking and does not answer any questions.  I have gotten at least 3 of the calls in the past month.  I may need a lot of things but a medical alert system is NOT one of them!

John wanted to confirm my address to send out the medical alert system....I said NO....don't want....NO...NO...NO...I'm on the do not call listing remove me from your files....NO...No...NO.. he hung up.... the call came in from Warren
