Beverly Taylor calls for the Purple Heart organization, which bills itself as helping Veterans by selling used clothing and household goods. They do pick up these donations. I have used them a couple of times. The problem is they don't leave a message, and once I called someone back (not Beverly) whose name I saw on my missed call list. He was quite annoyed that I had interrupted him on a Sunday. I explained - without apology - that I had no way of knowing if it was an emergency with a family member or friend, since he hadn't left a message. Anyway, they seem to be legit.

Purple Heart uses volunteers from all over to call donators from a list with the schedule of when they will be picking up in a certain area. They call from their personal phones. I get calls from several different people throughout the year, and often it is someone who had me on their list before. There are some who will leave a message, but most of them hang up and try again the next day or so. They are always polite and straight to the point, so they never waste my time.

Purple Heart does call me from time to time and I have donated, however, I don't remember their calls registering a personal name before. When I talked to her, I heard noise in the background like a room full of operators. ... I just looked up Purple Heart's number since I thought I remembered a different area code when they called in the past. They are located in Westland, MI in area code 734. Purple Heart is legit. I don't know about Beverly.

Number calls and never leaves a message. VERY ANNOYING

Receives calls almost daily from this number and the name Beverly Taylor come up when you look it up it's a older women 65, but I don't know who this is so they should leave a message if it's that important to reach me.
