Be careful! I got served in Dec 2011 from their lawyer so I called and set up payments and had made them every month-keep in mind it was only $1000-I got them down to $800 and they turned me over for garnishment and their lawyer is claiming I didn make any payments so I had to file a motion for $21 to have the right amount taken out. I have court this coming week. Yes I owe it and dont mind paying it but get it together JERKS! It would take 91 days to get the ret refunded to me.

Then when I called them to see why they messed up they acted stupid like only one of my payments wasnt posted but nope it was all of them!

All the post except the one stating they tried to collect a bill that was ALREADY PAID, seem to be from the employees of the collection agency.  The person that already paid seems to be right in his or her statement about the agency being unprofessional.  No respectable agency would ever engage in the same behavior as the people they are claiming to not have paid their bills.  The agency employees posting statements seem to be very childish and have a lot of anger issues.  

I, too work in the collection field, however I would never resort to VERBAL ABUSE tactics, such as this company is doing!  Berating people is an abusive act.  A behavior that society has vocally through many media sources has stood up against!  Obviously, this company has not gotten the hint from society and found socially acceptable ways to collect debts.

I searched and searched online and this number never came up - so I made the mistake of calling.  It is a collection agency... so anyone else beware if this number comes up.

PAY YOUR BILLS, DEADBEATS.....

This company is unprofessional amd unethical and they attempt to collect monies even if you submitt the proper paper work proving you dont owe the company they represent they are only in business to make money by any means neccessary and i will be reporting them. They ought be ashamed when they know you dont owe to bagger and call your home and work. I'm reporting them to the BBB and I have contacted my congressman along with an attorney who sues companies like this. Their president Mr. Angelo ought to be ashamed but I'm sure he knows the type of people he employees

this company is very good and has helped me collect all my collection accounts. Very professional and courteous and never caused a problem for our company.

Read the post from February 25, 2009 and then read your post. I'll bet you suck in bed and at work too. It does not say pay a PHONEY bill, do you get it?

they never say who they are calling for and they lie about calling for a job reference.
