The dirtbag scammed me on April 19 with the same number. I filed a report too. Nothing happens. Hope he falls down an open sewer where he belongs.

He was in Winnipeg last I saw (area code 204). We need vigilante party to stop this a***ole.

I texted him yesterday about his "Delivery" and that he would be arriving on monday since saturday was cancelled.
His number as of now is 12048084250. Looks like I became one of his victims.

Listen: He's now operating from 2048082174 and out of Winnipeg. Still scamming, on craigslist now. His name is always an offshoot of Michael Berkely Ogden. Got me once last year, won't happen again.

I got scammed by him about 3 weeks ago, he was using a 204 area code phone but who knows where he relays is. Reported to the police, not likely I will ever get anything back but he is active. All I can hope he gets what he deserves, just don't believe it will come from a judge. He was using the phone number 204-818-1882 and the email address swimmerlife002@gmail.com

So he's on kijiji now selling iPads at an incredible price. I sent him money last night and googled him this morning. Thank god he refunded all my money back no problems at all. Just beware he is not in jail like people think. He contacted me with a Nova Scotia number 902-329-8263 and email trmnl1981@gmail.com.

This link might be of interest to you. Skip to the end of the thread. I found the little creep on facebook and contacted his friends list. An ex-gf reported him to the police, and he ran. He got caught in Sydney NS, was transported to Halifax, and is in jail as I write this.

Michael Berkeley Ogden stole 350.00 from me. I sent him money for a phone which I never received. He has since stopped emailing back and has vanished. He last used the email potatoland113@gmail.com and lived in Halifax. If anyone is creating a large lawsuit or needs info for the police please contact me.

You are lucky This guy is known to police and was sent to jail in Halifax in 2008 for scamming electronic devices. His full mane is Michael Berkeley Ogden Born July 30 1981St Catherines Ont. He uses many alias and is currently pulling scams on red flag deals,or ebay under various names,beware buying from new members who just signed up that day.

You sent money to a person you don't know, to a free, web based email account. This is one of the first signs of a scam. You should have insisted they take a bank draft (money order) It is 100% proof of payment. If they won't take it, what does that tell you?
