Funny story....my ex father in law is a carpet cleaner by trade so I'm very familiar with the process. A van with a big vacuum in the back is pretty standard equipment. However, comma and pause for effect, I also have a furnace in  my home. Guess it doesn't have ? Ducts.

Those are found in a central air and heating setup.

Given the tone of the other posts, I'm going with "possible shill".

It is Best Furnace and Carpet Cleaning.  I booked them to come and clean my furnace ducts, quoted me $99 including 10 vents. They came in a van with a big vacuum in the back, not the usual truck with the big puffy things sticking out the top. I questioned this and they said it would do the same job as the big truck. They did a good job, cleaned every vent individually. I did have to vacuum around my furnace, and up my basement stairs, after they left, where they disconnected the big hose and dragged it out of the house. And they charged me what they said they would, if I would've paid cash they were going to waive the GST. I would book them again.

This number called and offered me services and I declined saying that I didn't want them to call back due to baby napping ect... He then asked me if I was single married ect... and I flipped out and then he hung up when I asked to speak with his manager. What a piece of s***.

Called me this morning, dead air when I picked up.  Second call, the east indian male refused to give the name of the company......Is there really people out there that falls for this anymore? Oh, and hey, prepay with your credit card.  My new fun thing to do is say, I only pay cash for services, I do not believe in credit cards, I rarely get calls back.

Got called twice from this number...both times they hung up as soon as I answered.  I called back and an automated message kept asking me to enter my PIN.  Weird autodial fail.

received a call from this number I then reported this call to CRTC as I am on the do not call list. I would never do business with company that does not respect my "PRIVACY"!!!!!!

Yes,  it is them posting false positive comments on here. It's easy to tell and they make it even easier when they post the exact same message, word for word, as "M. Robert" on a different number reporting website with the name Richard C. and then have a second different comment on this site, in the same poorly written English, also by a "Richard".

I got a call from this number and did not answer it, left no message.

I guess after all the bad press you guys got on Marketplace, CBC News, etc. about what a scam you are and after reading all the comments on this site about the other phone #'s you've used, you're smart enough to jump on here and post bogus good revues (SHILL comments) on your new numbers before actual people post that you are a SCAM !

Live in Edmonton, keep getting calls everyday- don't answer - no messages left.  if this is a duct cleaning business, why are not the positive comments on here mentioning the name of the business so we can look them up on the BBB?  If it was that positive of an experience, why are you not shouting the name from the rooftops?  Also - why are you calling Edmonton?  You really going to drive all the way up here to clean the furnace ducts???

SCAM

This number called, with a live male, East Indian accent, on the phone.  And he launches right into his speech about furnace and duct cleaning for a bargain price. (difficult to understand, runs his words together, has an accent that is hard to follow).  It so happens I live in an apartment and therefore do not have my own furnace.  When I suggested he was breaking the rules by soliciting over the phone he hung up before I could even finish my questions.  And of course, the Call Display has "unknown" on it, so my inclination is to totally ignore such a call.  If, as some say, this is a Calgary number, you would think they have enough work in a city that has so many needs at this time.  And I do not even live close to Calgary!

I also got a call from this number,  someone was trying to sell me duct and furnace cleaning promotional package. 1st i listen the whole package and i aksed him to call me later in evening because i want to check over the internet about this number. When i checked someone saying furnace and duct cleaning company and someone saying scam.  But i was not sure what it true so finally i decided to booked with them, lets see what happened.  There was one thing in my mind that at the time of booking if they asked me about my credit card details definatily they are scam. In evening i got a call again from them asked him to booked me.  He just asked my when you are available? i told him 28 march. So he gave me time 10am in the morning and just asked further details like address and postal code and nothing else.  Yesterday they came and cleaned my home duct and furnace cleaning.  Nothing happpend.  They charged me nothing extra just only the charges commitment over the phone.  I am much satisfy with their services and commitment.. it was good expericed for me..

Package was quite impressive, after listening whole message, they ask me to press-1 to be connected with representative. As i connected with representative, they ask me for scheduled for furnace cleaning, i booked with them.. Services was also quite good as was package.  They really done a very good job...
