I ADD THE SAME MESSAGE AND I POSTED SOMETHING ON KIJIJI.CA LAST NIGHT

I think he was posting a text he received, from "Someone wanting an item I posted on Kijiji."  The text has the earmarks of being from a Nigerian scammer.
