I believe this company is also using phone number 916-282-1314.  SCAMMERS!!! You have been reported.

Just got a call from 601-351-9538 it was a recording. I called them back but no one answered the phone. They said I am being sued. I called my lawyer and he said it was like the call from NY stating the same thing.  Just ignore it. I'm going to block this numbers.

Phone number 601-358-9538 is another scammer number. They keep calling from different numbers all the time.  They keep calling a work number so there isn't a way to block them.  I don't owe any payday loans. they were paid off. All of my information was obviouslygiven to these people. They hope that someone will fall for their scare tactics!!! This has been going on for over four years. It never stops. I will be reporting to the state attorneys office.

This # 601-351-9538 Is alway's calling our home for "Gerald Christian" With A case # and saying he's got fraudulent activity!!!!! It's a  recording when they call and want this STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call from 601-351-9538. An automated voice said my name then a female says, "I'm calling from the processing department. Your name and social security number have been attached to 2 fraudulent accounts and charges are being brought against you." I hung up and that was that. I know if charges are being brought against me I will be served at my home.

Got that call too.  Said I had a bill and I was going to be held liable for it. Soooo irritating. I finally told them to "garnish my wages" since they can't get any other information about this other than they are from processing division. The amount was for $375 for an online cash advance on my birthday 6 years ago.  

got a call they got rude i told them what i thought and didn't own no npayday load then they called me back on 318-553-5137

They refuse to stop calling our phone (1-989-725-7215), Please have this stopped immediately.

I received a call today from 601-351-9538 saying I was being charged with fraudulent activity. They gave me case number and told me to contact their legal department. I dont have any idea what they are talking about. Send your goones my way is all I wanted to tell the recording.

I received call from this number stating they will serve me for a pay-day loan that has been paid off.  I sent them copy of paper work and they said the account number was different than what they have on file.  They are very rude, I know they are a ripoff, because the company name is exactly the same.  I haven't heard from them in weeks, since I told them the company name is the exact same and I only had one loan with this company.
Since I have paid this loan off I have had 4 different numbers calling saying I will be serve and arrested.  Most of them stop calling one I send them copy of paperwork.

I got a call from this number.  They are threatening litigation against me.  They are saying this is their third attempt at contacting me.  I have never heard from them in the past.

I have received several calls threatening me with legal action. The first I received this message I was convinced it was a scam and/or fraud. Even had the audacity to leave a reference number. Criminals are so savvy!

Received a bogus phone call from this company as if they where calling from the court system.  Used the term pre-trial division.  When I asked for what court they hung up.  Basically they are debt collectors who have a very weak method for debt collection.  They gotta do much more that that I was not born yesterday.  

this company called and left a threatening message which I did not feed into.  I then called the number back and they say they where from some phone pre-trial division but would not expound. No mention of the the court the charge or anything thing else.  When I insisted upon addditional info they became frustrated and then hung up.  Once I did my search of the number I found out the they where some payday loan company basically debt collectors trying to collect on an old payday loan.  They just try to scare your with this pre-trail BS like people where just born yesterday.  Hoaw dumb is that?

I received basically the same message and accusing me of not trying to rectify the matter.  Well it is a little hard to rectify a matter you know absolutely nothing about...lol.

Called several said they are are charging me without 2 counts of fraud.

This is a scam and you should file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office, the FCC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  The complaints are immediately addressed.  The complaints can be made online.  The more complaints on each number from which you receive these calls, the sooner these scammers can be stopped.

Thanks for the information I did have my number changed they called asking for someone else's name first then as soon as they got my name they call asking for me  saying I will be charged on 2 counts one of them being fraud.

HENDERSON FROM HATTIESBURG MISS-AT&T/REGIONAL OPERATING COMPANY/SWITCH CLL1 CODE JCSNMSCPDS2-USING THE PHONE NUMBER 601-351-9538-STATING THERE WAS A PAYDAY LOAN YES THAT WAS BEING CHARGED FOR. HAD ALOT OF INFORMATION-OLD INFORMATION-BUT SOMEHOW GOT MY NUMBER-I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO MISS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND FED LAW. IF EVERYONE COMPLAINED ENOUGH MAYBE EITHER WILL PUT A STOP TO THIS. THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM THAT SOME MIGHT NOT SEE THRU-THIS IS JUST AS IMPORTANT TO STOP AS ANY OTHER CRIME.

Just recieved a call from this number. Left message stating i had to summons against me for fraud activity. Ignoring will forfeit my rights. SCAM!

Yes it's a scam, they have call from all different numbers just block their number if they where going to press charges against you they would have done it along time ago and they would not tell you about it.
