I received a similar message, stating that my Chase credit card had been suspended.  I don't have a Chase credit card, so I knew something was fishy.  I pressed 2 to keep it "suspended" and then tried O and * to get a human.  No luck, as per the previous poster, it's just a looped message.  I will also file an FCC complaint.

I got a voicemail from 601-362-6357 telling me that my ATM  card had been suspended and to press "1" to deactivate it. The beginning of the message seemed to be cut off, so I pressed "1", but the same message just looped. I called the number back and there was a message stating that I had reached the Institute for Southern Jewish Life, that their number had been spoofed, that they had filed a complaint with the FCC, and encouraging anyone who received a call from that number to do likewise. When I called the FCC, their phone tree is unmanageable, so I will be filling a form out online.
