The call I got was like they were trying to use brain washing.  A lot of Half truths and lies.
They were using emotion to control and make you hate Obama.

No message left on voice mail.

I receive multiple calls every day from this number and no one speaks, they just hang up. This is very annoying and I would like it stopped.

I get repeated calls 601-812-5936. There is no message. I know there is a big election in Mississippi tomorrow, and it could be a "robo-call" from a candidate. I work out of my home, and the calls are a major disruption for me. PLEASE take our number off your call list. (601-853-2430).

I am on the do not call register.  Obviously Political Parties don't feel obligated to abide by the rules!!!!

I constantly get calls from this number with nobody on the other end. Read entry by Judy Porter earlier.
Call 1-678-794-9988 and speak to Don Burrell.  Tell him you want to be put on the no call list. The call is meant to leave a message on your answering machine to swing your vote, but answering the call defaults
the machine and you hear a dead tone.  Call Don he is very nice.   Leaving a message does nothing!    THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THE CALLS!  Worked for me! Thankyou Judy.

I keep getting thes calls from 601 812 5936 at all hours .  I answer and they will not say a word  then hang up.

I have received these calls many times over the last few days.  Thanks to the person who posted the number for Don Burrell, 678-794-9988, I was able to speak to this gentleman.  He was very nice, apologized and explained what is happening.  The decision was made by the Mississippi group to only have the computer leave a message if an answering machine picks up.  The computer does not recognize the spoken voice and is therefore not playing any message when you answer your phone.  He took my number off the list and hopefully if enough people call, they will get this corrected.  There are a lot of hours before Tuesday!!

What are the chances that me leaving a message makes a bloody difference.

I get 2 ,3, more calls from this number weekly. It is extremely annoying to stop what I am doing to answer a phone then get no response on the other end. I f this is a robo-call and I find out what candidate is behind it will vote against him. I will also put his name on Facebook and advertise this practice for this candidate.

Replying to the callers here isn't doing anything for you.

I just called the number....1-678-794-9988 and talked to Don Burrell. His company is calling about the Gubernatorial race. I asked him nicely to please put my number on the do not call list. He took my number and was very cordial. Successful call in my opinion.

Robocall with some senator wanting people to vote for a certain Mississippian running for governor.

Political calls are as much nuisance as telemarketing sales. Why isn't there a DNC registry for this too? Really irritating to stop what I'm doing to answer... and,often, no one is there.

Same here, called this morning.  When I answered the phone, line went dead.  A robo call set to disconnect after X number of rings?  Wish the political parties would abide by the no call list, I'm on it!

same as others.  whoever is "paying" for this service is NOT getting their moneys' worth as there is NO answer.

I called back at the 601 number and left a message to take me off the list.  So annoying.  I bet our tax dollars are paying South Outreach Group to do polling calls.  Ugh.
