I just received a partial message from a women at this number.

I did not answer the call from 601-981-1220.  I've received calls from these people before.  A good friend is very involved in Make-A-Wish Foundation and advised me that they don't solicit donations by phone.  It's probably confusing by design.

Please do not confuse ACWAA (A Child's Wish Association of America) with the Make-A-Wish Foundation® or its chapters.  The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America and its 67 Chapters do not, under any circumstances, engage telemarketers to raise money, despite sometimes being confused with other organizations that do. In fact, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has a nationwide policy against telephone and door-to-door solicitation. There are a number of other sound-alike organizations ? some also with "wish" in their names. The Make-A-Wish Foundation has no affiliation with any other wish-granting organization. If you receive a call from someone asking for a donation, ask the caller to send you more information.

Got a call from 601-981-1220 at 8:59 on the dot. They hung up!
