This recording speaks Spanish and dials the different extensions in the office.

Speaks very speedy spanish. I hung up before the recording could end.

This number just called my sons cell phone - he brought it to me first instead of answering.  I called the number back and received a recording that said that the call can not be completed as dialed.  Not too suprised there- I am unaware of any local prefixes that start with the number 1.  If they had called the land line I could report them as an annoyance and possible something would be done - but the cell company just shrugs and and says there is nothing they can do.

yeah, I just got this call too.......strange, I hope it isn't something that is going to end up costing
maybe it's political propaganda for the hispanic community

Unable to answer call in time. call back and same error that the number is wrong and cannot be called.

Got a call from this number on 10/08/08 on my cell phone.  I wasn't quick enough to answer, but when I tried calling back I got a message saying "we're sorry your call can not be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again. message 32PHX2".
