Apparently someone calling herself Rebecca did an online search for insurance and put my cell number in the 'phone' field.  I have been getting calls for 2 days from all kinds of sales people looking for Rebecca.  I guess she had nothing better to do.  Sad.

Received a call from here, American Family Insurance claims department.  I witnessed a pretty gnarly accident and they are looking for a witness statement.  In this case they got my phone number from the police.  They did leave a message with a callback and information though, so hopefully this helps someone

They keep making phone calls for what was supposed to be a free quote if I had known they were going to harrasse I would never have listed my number.......Just stop please

Yeah, I was looking at something that mentioned extra discounts for car insurance..... don't like when a phone number field is required. Ugh. They don't waste time, either. :(  I haven't answered the calls, though.

Yeah,I've made that mistake,over&over&over,but I try to limit my ph.no.,giving,But it always seem to bite me in the butt,some of the sites,like entries in contest's and such,get auto-filled in on some stuff you Have Not applied for.

This is American Family Insurance.  I was looking for auto insurance quotes and "stupid" me my phone number was required in the quote section.  My bad.....
