Send them a cease & desist letter via certified or return receipt US mail.  You can find a template for it online free.  Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

have been getting calls from 602-282-1664--says it is credit 1 bank.never had any problems until last month when i missed 1 payment. my payment is not due until the 2nd----why are they continuing to call-it is so anoying.i do not answer the phone and they never leave a message.just want it to stop!!!

They have called me from this number and 2108922188 and 6022821664. I don't owe. And I just got a credit line increase for paying on time. WTH!!! This is so horrible I have my phone on silent because they keep changing their number and calling me every hour. I'm so stressed.

Very annoying

I have been receiving calls from this number and another one and 310-359-6411 constantly, I do not answer as I don't know the numbers and they do not leave a message.  They both have called any where from 7 am, est; until 10 pm; and sometimes it's 30 times a day others it is only 1 or 2.  Sometimes they call every 2 minutes or less for over hours.

I googled the number because I have received 10 incoming calls this morning.  Now that I see it is Credit One, I checked my account online and I am not behind or owe anything.  These calls are obnoxious.  Someone tell me how to block the calls?  I don't know how to do that.

It's definitely fake. My boyfriend's been getting called over and over yet he doesn't have an account in any bank nor does he even live in the same state as the caller.

I have been getting phone call from this fake person telling me and fake company telling me i have to make my payment with them i know the scame ... they want my pin number  from my bank ,,,, i never give out any infor to any body on the phone  about me... IT A BIG  SCAME OUT THERE BECAREFUL   EVERYONE

they've been calling all weekend. Every time I answer it just hangs up. I finally called the number back and the recording said Credit One so I stayed on the phone while it connected to a person. (I haven't had a pmt with them in 2 years) Anyway I asked why they were calling and they asked for my account #. I told them I didn't have an account # and what were these calls about. He then asked me for my social security #!!! I told them NO, I don't even know who the hell you are now stop calling my damn phone!!......so far so good, they haven't called back.   SCAM SCAM SCAM

They continue to call, every-other day in very rapid succession. Today, I received eight calls.

Oh I just keep adding the various numbers into my contact as B1, B2 etc and proceed to block the calls with the iOS feature.

I don't owe them a thing. Yet they've called four times so far today, beginning at 11:37am, and exactly every thirty minutes since.

File a complaint against them for slamming  your phone. They are not allowed to do that to you. Once you have spoken to them they should not need to call you again.

Was $5 short on my payment due to an oversight on my part. They have called me 148 times in the last 4 days first from this number and then immediately call again from a blocked number. I'm being mercilessly tormented over $5.... which I've paid..... but have still gotten 27 more calls today alone.

32 calls in 3 days. From 8am to after 9pm. F*** these a***oles. They aren't getting a cent from me now.

These guys are calling me also. I missed my payment last month and my payment isn't due until the 23rd.

I was late on one prior so they conceder me delinquent this time and are harrassing my work phone and personal phone non stop.

This number keeps calling my phone everyday all day long. Saying they are credit one bank and my account is in collections. I don't even have an account with this company. Have never even heard of this company and when I told the person that and if they would please stop calling my phone they told me to f*** off b****.

Its so annoying last month I missed my payment I spoke with someone and told them I would take care of it, in this month's payment which is due on the  ninth.I have made the payment but prior to that they must have called 100+ times. They would call from a different # now this one. They start to call my cell at 8:30am then when came home they called my home # just as much as my cell.Why?is not like I owe thousands of $ its 66$.

I am so tired of this company calling my phone number all day long and all times of the day.
