calls every evening between 5 and 7:30-hangs up when answering machine picks up

Have been calling multiple times every day and never left a message. Finally answered it yesterday and told them to take us off their list. They called back again today, and when my husband answered and told them to stop calling, that we already told them to take us off their list, the caller told my husband to "go to hell!" and hung up. Will be reporting this to the FCC.

This number called my Google Voice account.  The recording was their hold music for 1 minute and 29 seconds.  Then someone picked up the phone and said "This is John" and promptly hung up.

The recording said that I was holding for Collision Capital.

Just received a call at 5:30pm. I answered but they did not say anything. Isn't that a waste of time for them to call and not talk?

Yes, in response to one of the notes I have seen, this caller (602-283-3525) waits a moment and then says "goodbye."  It sounds like the voice of an older woman and I am ready to call the Phoenix police.

Recently had our identity stolen. Got a call yesterday from this number which is also in the same city which tried to use our credit card at Walmart (Phoenix). The guy said they were dish network and had a great plan. I said I was already on a plan. They said thanks for being a dish network customer. I am on the no call list too. I called dish network to make sure they put a note on our account to give out NO information about us. I just got another call a few minutes ago. Picked it up and got a recording saying goodbye. Wondering if anyone else had their identity stolen recently and if there could be a link?

Called once, didn't get number on caller ID answered to quick but noticed it said arizona call, man started talking then said oh, oops I'm calling from dish network, I immediately said do not call here and hung up, he then called back from private number started cussing at me and I hung up then another man called from above number stating he was a supervisor and asked what happened. I explained and he started cussing at me along the same line as the first, god sh*t on your state. I hung up and they haven't called back.

I am on the federal Do Not Call Registry. I have been receiving a call from a Dish Network representative from 602-283-3525. I told him I was on the Do Not Call List and he said, "How is that working out for you?" I have reported this contact to the Federal No Call Registry complaint section. I tried calling Dish Network to register a complaint, but can't get through!!

Caller claims to be Dish Network and is offering lower priced tv service with them. Their installer working our surrounding area and can install us with free equipment and free installation. I asked if they were a local dealer and where their store was so I could come in to look and discuss the program with him. He said they were Dish Network and were local. Tried to pin him down on being a dealer, a marketer or calling from Dish Network in Colorado? He still insisted he was "Dish Network". He asded what town I was in? I said you called be and don't know? Finally he told me they are an auto dialer application center for Dish network called Data Penguin located in Phoenix, AZ at 35th and Cactus and did not have a showroom but would transfer me to a supervisor. Luarie the super got on the phone and gave me the whole sales pitch and insisted they are with Dish Network and had installers in our area all the time. I asked what the advatage was to order through her and not one of the local dealers. She stated the dealers are higher priced in their deals and charge a $99 install fee. Her, being directly with Dish can offer a better deal. She said I could go look at the equipment at a local dealer and then call her back at 866-832-2519 for the better deal.
By the way, in all fairness and full reveil, I am a Dish Network dealer since day one and have been and still am a subscriber to Dish since day one. This call came to my personal home wich is on the "No Call" list. In the future you all should be also calling Dish Network corportate in Colorado at 800-333-DISH (3474) to report this activity. They want to know and want to stop it.

Call came from Pheonix, after a short pause when I said hello an animated voice said "good-bye."  How annoying.  I recieved 2 calls like this.

Mess with them...I acted like an idiot. The male caller stated he represented my "local dish network". So I asked him why he didn't have a name for his company and he quickly stated he was with Dish Network. Told him I had plenty of dishes and didn't need anymore. He fumbled and said I need a dish to watch TV and I told that was just crazy...why do I need dishes to watch TV? Told him my TV worked just fine. Well, the bantering when back and forth and I acted more and more confused with my TV and my dishes to the point he just hung up. Great fun...I do this all the time.

Shows up as an Arizona call.  When I answered sounded it an auto dialer.  Said hello a couple of times then got a guy who asked me if I would like to switch to Dish Network and save some $$.  I said I was already with Dish Network but tell me if you can save me some money.  He started talking about the digital channels, 90 days free HBO, etc.  I started questioning the pricing and he put me on hold for his supervisor.  The supervisor got on the phone and we went through it again.  He claimed they could lower my rate.  When I asked what I needed to do, he said that all they needed was my SSN and my credit card to verify my information.  I told them that I would not give them my SSN and that I was existing and they should be able to verify my information.  He asked for the last 4 digits.  I said nope and I wouldn't give them my credit card number.  He pursued me stating it was over $1k of equipment.  I said that's fine, bill it to my account.  I've been a DISH customer for years.  He claimed he would need to call me back and could he have my number.  I told him he should have it since he called me.  He stumbled and said, well can I have your first and last name?  I gave him my first name and told him when he called back, I would be the only person here.......  (Where is that call back?)

Have been calling for almost 2 weeks, ranging from 1-5 calls daily. I generally just ignore each call but my boyfriend answered once and only heard a man's voice saying "Hello?" before hanging up. I am an expert at ignoring phone calls, but the amount of times that they've called has just gotten ridiculous. My number is an unlisted private number too.

This person called my home number while I was out. The call was from Dish network Brittney calling wanting me to switch to Dish Network. Said to call back if I wanted to switch to dish network. WHat the heck!! I do not have long distance nor do I want dish network. They left a message and I am not about to call them back. At least with a 1-800 number I could have called and tolde them to get me off the call list

Calls & hangs up as soon as the answering machine gets it. They block their name on the ID. Call is coming from Phoenix, Arizona.
