I'm glad you posted this item.  They too kept calling me saying I had purchased 3 $100 gift certificates and owed them $300.  I did not purchase these.  In fact, I never heard of them til they started dunning me.  Finally, we agreed on $150 and they would close me out and not call me anymore.  I gave them a check by phone which they sent through signed by William Crawford.  Couple days later they tried it again only for $75.  They would threaten to send to collection.  I gave them another phone check which I ended up putting a stop on. That didn't go through.  I had BBB of Arizona contact them but ended up closing without resolving.  I have all my documentation from that. They have since sold my banking info to another company and they sent through a check on my bank account which went through and my bank refused to reverse and closed my accounts and told me to go elsewhere.  I would like to join you with your attorney  and help with the cost to try to recoup my losses and get this company off the street.

I think I have more information, but this might get you started.  I am ON their rear ends.  No one messes with my mother, without incurring my ire!  Hope this helps.  Will contact my atty to see if I can retrieve the info I gave her.  She basically said that unless we had deep pockets, attempting legal action would be cost prohibitive, and since they are likely crooks, they'd just change names and continue on.  Bottom line, they have p'd off the wrong chick this time!  Good luck.  You are unfortunately going to need it.

This # probably calls daily, but blocks cid.  I have mistakenly answered two "private" numbers.  Each was from this entity. Claims to be a charity, but AZ llc docs list them as "telemarketers" for household items.  I found all their info, including their top secret phone number on AZ state business site, after they threatened to send mom to collections if she did not provide banking information or credit card number that minute for a questionable $1300 "gift".  They refused to send an invoice, but called back in December and agreed to do so.  No phone # on invoice.  Company name is Karing Hearts llc, based in Phoenix AZ.  All info has been turned over to an attorney to handle.  They are absolutely relentless.  Please don't anyone blast me for posting on here.  I can't take the heat.  I promised myself I'd never come on this site again after being blasted previously, but have only resurfaced from beneath my bridge to report this company, so that someone might be spared the pain in the rear that they have caused my family.  They seem to target the cognitively impaired elderly.
