That number is 100% UPS distribution center in Phoenix, AZ. They are open 24hrs a day. So if you get a late call that is why.

Called twice just before 11pm no message left. If it's UPS listed in the previous comments, why would they be calling so late and I haven't ordered anything using UPS at all in over a year so what gives?
