I finally looked up the number and it was for a legitimate business out west. I spoke with one of their senior administrators and related what had been going on (the business was located in CA but the calls originated from AZ). Turns out that these bottom-feeders are spoofing legimate business numbers to try to trick you into answering your telephone.


Spoofing is SCAMsters trying to trick you into givng out personal information.  

My mom has been getting these calls too....I am so tempted to tell them she passed away too, just so they stop calling....I don't answer the phone when I see the FSHW on the caller ID anymore...

I finally got so sick and tired of having to unplug the phone every time they call - I filed an FCC complaint today.  If you want to make a difference and stop these unwanted solicitations - go to www.fcc.gov and file a complaint.  the more complaints the FCC gets, the more likely they are to do something about it.

I am also going to keep a log of their calls - this is something the FCC needs for their online complaint  form.

I am on the do-not-call list - but it never makes a difference with these people, they call relentlessly.

We can all vent our frustrations here - but honestly the more people lodge complaints at the FCC level, there's a better chance of something getting done about it.

Just received a call from FSHW....Did not answered it, will not answer it what so ever...by what's posted here, sounds like a big scam..

This is a hole in the wall office. I am on the Do Not Call Registry .... I get calls from this FSHW all the time; repeatedly; in the same day. within minutes of each other.

These people called me also.  The number is 602-281-3175.  On the phone it said FSHW.  I didn't answer the phone.  It's gotten to the point that I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the number.

Sick & tired of these people calling my house!  My mother works the night shift, and i'm so tired of these people calling my house all the time and the phone waking her up.  Most of the time, I hit the talk button, and then hang up lol  They don't leave a message.  Just very annoying!!!

This number calls on a regular basis and I have never been home to answer it. My roommate and I have both tried calling the number back and reach a Mark Solomon at a (415) number who says that he didn't call us.

Someone calls from this number several times a day morning and night time over a week's time and then there is a break of 4 to 6 weeks without a call with the cycle beginning again. The number always comes up as Unknown Name and they never leave a message or voice mail.

Because I am on the "Do Not Call List" and the telephone has no constitutional right to be answered I do not pick up. I find it offensive to have people or companies like this disturbing my quite time at home.

I would like to know if these people are really hadicapped or have some kind of impediment or if this is just a way to get money.......See? I do not know Does anyone?

They call all the time. Called this morning at 8 a.m., way too early to be calling. Want to sell lightbulbs. I now ignore their calls.

How annoying!!  I answered the phone, and, after my saying hello 4 or 5 times, the man asked for no one in particular, but proceeded to tell me he was a disabled veteran...   I told him I was not the lady of the house and he said "ok, what is her name?"  (!!)  I told him I didn't give out her info, & he said "are you mad at me? "  WEIRD!!!  I Hung up.  Don't answer if they call...obviously NOT a legitimate org.

Calls relentlessly.  It is horrible!   The calls are 4-5 per day while I am at work and 2-3 in the evenings.  I have told the representatives I am out of work and to please stop calling.  I have emailed their customer service site to ask that they stop calling.  I guess I will have to check in to having the numbers blocked.

I just received a call from FSHW from the aforementioned telephone number. I did not answer it as we get bombarded with these calls and only answer known numbers of family, friends and businesses. We are on the Do Not Call list for both our home  and cell phones but reporting does absolutely no good. We just let the calls go to voice mail.

They keep calling, but today I answered.  They wanted to speak with my husband.  I rudely spoke loudly saying:  "he is dead! Take me off your call list!". I know I should not have been rude, but they need to quit calling.

These ppl keep calling my folks several times a day........don't answer and won't.....my dad bought light bulbs from them (or another group) about 20 years ago.......

Who are these people? And why do they call my number and ask for someone else? I have had this number for over 10 years and lived in this house for that same time frame...yet, there are repeated calls from this "FSHW" location with caller ID 602.358.2310 and they do not seem all that bright to begin with...
And they do not have the courtesy to begin their pitch at the onset of "hello"
They tend to wait for a whole minute while I am standing there holding the receiver, wondering if the caller is someone important, when they then literally "drool" over their pitch..

bought a caller id phone for my mother.....she is on everyones list and we just do not answer the phone anymore....got a call from 602-358-2310 just today....my mother was pilfered much money from these people if they are "the light bulb" people as stated above....it took me about 3 years to get them to stop calling her number!!!!  at one time i answered the phone to talk to them, the caller acted mentally handicapped until i told them my mother had "passes away" (lie)  his voice changed to normal right away as he apologized and said he would not call anymore....they call from other numbers also so you can't just block one number, they will call from another...

Same number same crap. Said they are going to call back. Told them we are on Do Not Call list and they quoted that it does not stop a charity or non profit from calling.They claim to be both. The laws need to change but until then there are so many holes in the do not call list that really there is no point to having it at all.

Are you getting more calls now that you posted your number on line or did you have to change it? Never post your phone number and Never post your name. Do you know how easy it is to do a reverse search or a free zaba search and get your address from either of the 2? DA

I to got a call from 602-358-2310 and caller id said Lash Group? i didnt even bother to answer...

I received a call from this number i did not answered it. My caller Id said Lash Group and the phone number of 602-358-2310. I don't know who they are.

They call me from this number on a regular basis.  If I do answer the phone they are very rude and try
and lay a guilt trip on you for not helping this organization by buying their product.  I did it one time and
they will not leave me alone.  Any help in getting this stopped I would appreicate.

I have received nothing but trouble from this caller. Apparently at one time my husband did send a donation, and was sent a derelict lightbulb that wasn?t requested. I have since learned this is a scam and refuse to listen to the spiel. I have reported it several times as a scam, but it pops up again and again.
