Debt Collector
Attention:   Tim Bauer CEO and All it may concern regarding:
National Asset Recovery Services, Inc.  now  Integrity Solutions Services, Inc.

Note: I have absolutely no past due debt! This is NOT a case of confused identity. We have absolutely no current or past business to discuss and never have had. Apparently, I have the same last name (different gender) as someone who owes a debt.

I taped a discussion of this situation with a NARS representative months ago after having endured months of annoying robo calls placed by your organization to my longstanding home number. At that time he was advised that you (the company) are not to call/utilize my phone number EVER again for any purpose. Regardless of who you 're trying to  reach or locate, you (the company) are not to call my number. People, that meant never, ever again.   The company could and can always  communicate in writing,  yet today, someone called again for the second time in a week!
So, either you've got the worst call/profile data in the world, or you think third party call violations are not actionable. I think they are actionable, and I think your company policy and practice is why they are. Obviously, the fines aren't high enough to deter ongoing illegal behavior,  but one step at a time...

In the meantime, think profitability and redirect your resources accordingly. Quit deliberately annoying people whom you well know are not willing to participate in your business and google the guy you're seeking.

Debt Collector
Apparently, this company is engaging in Illegal attempts to collect a debt:
Generating repeated calls to an unrelated and unverified phone number
Leaving a message from a "debt collector" on an unrelated and unverified phone number

Log these calls, save the time, date and content, save any voice mails and contact an attorney who works on a contingency fee!
Collectors are regulated (FDCPA) and can be fined for this behavior. They are betting you aren't smart/informed enough to file a formal complaint...
FYI,
Collectors are allowed ONE phone CALL to an unrelated third party to Inquire about the location of a debtor. That's all!

Debt Collector
This number is being used by National Asset Recovery Systems, a debt collector, and supposedly an agent for Chase Bank.  Although their office is in Missouri, they are using local numbers to avoid the "disregard" response to some of the 877 area code calls.
