They call me almost every day, I never answer though.  I read another post of a lady asking who they were b/c her mother received garbage bags from this Company and they were calling to collect $78! sounds like a complete scam.

rec'd a call tonight from this number and the man insisted the "light bulbs" that I ordered in November were being shipped to me.  I said I didn't order any and he said "Oh yes you did, in November"..I told him I didn't have a phone in November so, he said, well it was a few months ago, anyway I simply yelled at him that he better not send them or call me anymore and I would not send any money if he indeed shipped them.  caller id had USDW 602-455-0025

I ordered garbage bags in response to a phone call and I paid them.
Since then I am on their list. It's worse lately as I get 4 or 5 calls every day. I finally answered the call to ask them the name of the company. They told me USDW. They have developed a scam saying the light bulbs I ordered previously are on their way. When I told them I did not order the light bulbs, that I don't like the way they do business and not to call me again they asked me if I am going to honor my commitment. Then they told me it isn't their fault I get so many calls because they are computer generated.
I still get calls.

he keeps calling us - it's a total scam....claims to be selling garbage bags on behalf of the disabled - purchased them once for our business several months ago - and believe me, will not again - We told him to take our name off the list, but just got another call from them today - when we asked what the call was in reference to, he hung up.

Today i received a call saying I hadn't paid for freezer bags after ordering them.  I said I never received them.  They insisted I had and that a collection agent would be coming after me.  I had a similar experience with U.S.D.W. previously and feel foolish to have fallen for this SCAM again.  The phone number was, indeed 602 455 0025.

I was staying at my moms and got a call saying she owed $67 for a bill past due from may 2009 on 4! lightbulbs, I asked to speak to the manager, and I got Heidi, who mumbled the same info, and said that if my mom didnt pay today, with her credit card number it would go to collection. I talked to my mom, who is in the hospital, and she said she did order light bulbs about 8 years ago and paid. I did get pissed and told the callers they were obviously scammers.  I am glad to know I am not alone, and that they really are crooks.

this number left message-no id on readout; message left was mostly dead air in a place like a bar or waiting room-could hear some noise and people in the background and someone barely breathing, but no message-this is getting real old real quickly. (message left 7:10 pm EST Monday 5 Oct. 2008)

Called asking for someone named Helen.  Been a number of calls like this for her.  No one like that here.  Told him that I had reported this operation to FBI and Secret Service which I have.  Tried to challenge me at that point and I hung up.

Telemarketer
I was called by this company and foolish enough to do business with them almost ten years ago. I ordered ,on two seperate occasions, windchimes. They got one order right and the other wrong. I was willing to let that one go, and did... however, the limit of my patience was pushed past the breaking point when they called my husband one day while I was at work and told him that I'd ordered a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise. He grilled me and I had to convince him that I DID NOT do it! When I confronted the USDW worker, he became belligerent and would not stop calling me.I've received numerous, numerous calls from the (602) number listed above...I just hit the silence button. Today, however, I received a call from a "United Disadvantaged..." number (818)- 484-7994. It's the same people, and when I told them brusquely to NOT CALL MY HOUSE and hung up, they just called back and told me to "stop being such a bi***". The number traces to Sherman Oaks, California on Beverly Glen Blvd., between Deervale and Knobhill... I'm waiting for her to call me back... I've got a whistle with her name on it. I'm also wondering if she would be so willing to be so belligerent if she knew that I could pinpoint her location. I firmly reserve my right to be a "B" when a company creates a situation in which I have to answer to a situation that I had nothing to do with. Moreover, when it happened, I was a nurse working with the disabled... now I am amongst the disabled. Dirty crooks. Call me again, I dare you.

My wife bought handicapped sales of light bulbs, trash bags and such for 15+ years.  When I found that we didn't even use the bulbs and the bags were weak and of wrong size my mind changed. I think they make up stories about their "difficulties" and with the rash of other scams and $8k later from AZ (602) I sent back a box of ~$120 bags collect and they got mad.  I asked for their list of products for sale-they didn't comply. I have been registered on 'do not call.gov' for over a year but they say, "Placing your number on the National Do Not Call Registry will stop most telemarketing calls, but not all. Because of jurisdiction limitations of the FTC & FCC, calls from or on behalf of political orgs., charity & phone surveyors would still be permitted". Oddly, they did not call from 9-25-07 to 1-15-08 when that AZ (602) $8k Sxxt happened. What a coincidence!  Nice guys finish last. I had to pay $6k to get the $8k from rollover retirement withdrawal to satisfy the plastic scam. There's no way out except to say, "No".
