The Higginbotham research people called two days in a row,  i also asked them to remove me from their list.   They came up on my caller Id as "out of state"

B.S. THEY make a ton of money doing these "surveys" or they wouldn't be in business.  Get real. This does not help me or my community in any way, shape, or form.  I received 3 calls today even after I politely told them I wasn't interested.  I feel sorry for all the "lemmings" who have to do this job.  My deepest sympathies.

Comical how these brainwashed Higgenbotham parasites try to defend and justify their fraudulent tactics and illegal phone harassment. Little wonder: That's exactly the kind of uneducated LOSERS these shady boiler rooms hire. GET A REAL JOB. Stop being a jerk leeching off of and pestering people! I worked at Higginbotham for a year and a half and they are a legit research company.   For those of you who think you are too good to answer the phone, the research is used to determine where to put new stores which create jobs, when to lower prices and when & where to advertise so people like you can learn how to spend your money wisely.

try again and actully do some research not just the first page that pops up

just ask to betaken off with an understanding of what they are doing and say you understand but want to be taken off the list make sure they agree and hang up

they arent telemarketers you have to remember that and so you just tell them you understand that they arent selling anything but still would like to be taken off their computer systems calling list and ask for their name so if they dont do so the next caller that gets a hold of you you can ask to speak to a supervisor and say that you want to be taken off. I dont think shouting at another person who is simply doing their job needs be yelled at in such an inhuman manner.

They call every day and tell me they are doing a survey. Have asked them on four different occasions to quit calling and they call anyway. Twice today again.

Received one call from this number today.

Received a call from these folks last night.  I was in the process of telling an older lady to take us off the list but she hung up on me.  I emailed the jim.higginbotham@higginbotham-research.com email that FedUp had left above to take me off the list.  A fellow called back from the same number a couple of hours ago today.  I told him we were on the do not call list, and he said they are not selling anything and that they do not have to check the list.  I told him that people like me who subscribe to the list don't want to be bothered by ANYONE, even if our spineless legislators might allow them a loophole to call.  I also told him if he would honor the list he wouldn't be wasting his time calling folks like me who refuse to cooperate in any way.  He said his computer system would not allow him to remove my number if I did not answer his silly questions.  I told him that I refuse to answer his questions and if he called me back I would take whatever actions against Higgenbotham that I could.

I posted this previous message at 800notes.com.  Since then I have re-emailed jim higginbotham and also filed a second complaint at the do not call complaint website

Just got a call from this number too. Higginbootham! Never home so I dont answer and If I am home and answer he will get a piece of my mine and it wont be nice that's for sure

Started last week receiving calls from this number
caller ID says : Higginbotham...never leaves a message...so far only calls once a day...it doesn't matter if you're on the DNC list or not, if you ask them to remove you from their calling list, they have to abide by that and remove you otherwise you can file an online complaint with the FTC.  THEY do take those complaints seriously.  And you can let "Mr. Insistent" know that you are filing a complaint against him.  What jerks!  There's so much crap going on in this world, you come home and have to deal with this stuff at night.

Received a call from this number 1-602-515-0189. Did not answer nor did they leave a msg. We are also on the Do Not Call List. What can we do??

Have received numerous calls from this number -- have never answered them, because I have caller ID & don't have time to deal with it.  They've never left a message.

I answered a call from "Higginbotham" yesterday. A man asked for "Robert," and I told him he had the wrong number. Hopefully, they won't call back. I have only had this number for 3 months, and it belonged to a doctor's office before that - so still fielding calls for them.

I also was bothered night after night with calls from Higgingbothom.  I told them to remove my name from their call list and they told me their calls are computer generated and random numbers and they didn't know how to remove me.

In desperation I hollered into the phone "F___ You" many times.  The caller said that's not necessary and I said if you don't like it stop calling me.  I haven't got a call since.

A survey conducted by annoying, harassing, badgering the respondents is not a valid survey. The results are tainted.  Surveys must consist of willing participants.
