6232348037 is the number for Cox Communications in Phoenix, Arizona.  They are a cable and internet provider so I am not sure who call you from Aviar Inc but I don't think they called you from that number.

SCAM: Claims they are calling about a photo radar speeding ticket you received. Ignore them! It's a scam. 99.9% of people they call have NOT been issued a ticket. If you have been issued a ticket, DO NOT talk to them. Use the instructions on your ticket.

Same thing.  Two rings and then a dial tone.

call showed on caller i.d. and less than an hour later my house was burglarized, alarm was set off.  could they be at your house and just seeing if anyone's home so they can ransack your house?

my mom just got a call from them, aviar inc.  she is also on the do not call list.

Rang twice, hung up; no message

Same experience--2 rings and hang up.  I have no idea who or what Aviar Inc. is.

Does anyone know who these guys are?  What do they sell?I was able to call back and leave a message.  I told them we are on the DO NOT CALL list.
I reported the number to the FCC.  I asked if we could be removed from their list.  Now when you ask a company to be removed from their list is it then illegal for them to continue to call you?  does anyone out there know?
Can't these guys be fined or shut down?   What good does it do for all of us to turn the number in to the DO NOT CALL if nothing ever seems to get done!  These people have been calling us for 2 months.......Why?  Could they be the FBI?   Any ideas?  Anyone?

Called 8:30 AM.  Left no message I called back.  I was able to leave a message.  I told them I reported this nimber to the DO Not Call. Said we were on the do not call list.  Also told them I reported the number to Quest and the FCC, And the FTC.  Said I would  like it very much If they would remove our number from their list....Probably a 10 min message.

Got a call from this number.  After two rings I answered and got a dial tone so they hung up.  The ID says AVAIR INC

rang one time and hung-up. i called back and entered 5555# just for the heck of it, and i was able to leave a message telling them to stop calling people and hanging-up!!!!!

10-4-2008: At 3:27pm (MST), I received call 3 short tones, then it disconnected. I returned the call thinking my cell dropped the call, a recording asked me for my password. I entered a number. Then recording asked me for my phone number and the time for a return call. I gave my phone number and stated, "now". No call back received. I am on DNC list. I tried number again, and a recording states, "We're sorry, all circuits are busy now. Please try your call later".

Call received from this #, no one talking.  I called back, and it was a recording stating to enter password followed by the # sign.  I am on the DNC list.

just silence when I answer.
