Received three calls in 15 minutes today.. no one there.  Sounds like another company out to SCAM

This company is owned by Geoffrey Swindle (yep) and his lovely wife Adria, who make their home at 1632 E. Millcreek Road, Salt Lake City. I'm sure they would love to hear from you at home, 801-581-0613.

You should not be receiving any more calls - they are basically going out of business as of 1 April.  Most likely they have been given a bad phone number as a fax for a hospital or doctor and have been trying to send medical records or referrals.  Good thing your phone wasn't a fax - breach of confidentiality and all that.

Got a call this morning from this # didn't answer it. Looked up info which is how I got here. I'm going to see if they try again before I g ballistic on them.

Um yeah, get calls from this number every once in a while, sometimes in the middle of the night. It'll call a couple times for like a week straight then stop for a couple months then I'll randomly start getting calls again. I didn't answer at first but when I did it was a fax number. Really starting to get annoyed about it, particularly when my phone wakes me up at three in the morning and I have an early class!

800-444-5445 is NOT TriWest's number, that is for Humana Military which is a seperate contractor for the Department of Defense.

I continue to receive calls from this number and it sounds like a fax machine.  It's annoying.

They have called me 3 times between 4 and 4:30 am 3 times this week. I tried calling and could not reach a live person. I left one message and wrote an e-mail. I finally got through to a human today and he said there was no way to know who is trying to send the automated fax and he would give my number to some supervisors to try to get my number out of their system. He was very condescending and dismissive. My next calls are to the BBB and FTC.

I got a call from this number twice at 3:14 and 3:20 this morning.  No one is there.  Just a beeping tone.  Can you see if you can get them to stop calling.

I received three calls this morning starting at 3:30 am from a fax machine.  Caller ID shows "TriWest Health". Arizona area code.

This number is from TriWest-  TriWest is a large health benifit company.  The number you see on your phone is the "line -out" for TriWest.  so if you try to call it back you can't get anyone because it is not the same number that called you.  602-564-2000 (2000) is an extension.  The number that called you is probably a number like 602-564-2056 (for example).  

The last time This number called me it referenced the FLU shot.  Told me to get it, and that it would be covered by TtiWest.

I have got three calls this morning starting at 3:30 am no one is there just beeps.

We keep getting calls from (602-564-2000) a FAX machine.  Picking up the reciever and speaking does not seem to get the attention of the party sending the FAX.

Middle of the night and various times throughout the day we keep receiving calls from a fax number associated with (602) 564-2000!  Tired of calls...please get your number correct

Got a cal this morning, this number apparently is a secondary number for tri-West healthcare at least that is what a search on Bing says

I work for TriWest and can explain what is happening in a lot of cases....the clinical dept receives authorization requests from providers for our beneficiaries.  When processed, a copy is automatically sent after midnight to the fax number on file for the medical provider.  If their number is incorrect in our records (either because provider gave wrong number to start with or someone input it into the database wrong), the system is trying to fax the documents to a phone. All you have to do is call the Customer Service number (1-888-874-9378) and ask to have a block put on your number.  The rep will forward the information to a supervisor who will contact the IT department to block outgoing calls and faxes to the number in question.  This doesn't explain ALL of the incorrect calls but a large number of them.  Sorry to all who get these calls!

It's Tri West Health Alliance. Anyone who is the military will get calls from the number regarding claims, referrals, appts, ect. If they are phoning you by mistake, please notify them. Just let them know you're not the person they're looking for and your number is removed.

I keep getting calls from this number in the middle of the night.  I have two young kids age 4 months and 18 months.... they continue to call and every time they do they wake up my kids!!! they usually call three times in the middle of the night.... this has cause me to lose sleep and caused a lot of frustration... how can i report this.... it usually take me a hour to put my kids back to sleep than they will call again....... UUUGGGHHHH.. I just want it to stop!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't leave message on answering machine because of the HIPAA requirements.

I received calls x3 (so far) this a.m. from above number.  Caller ID said TriCare Health.  No message, just beep-beep-beep like a fax machine.  Research shows it to be a land line in Phoenix, AZ.  I'm not going to answer or follow through.  Looks like there have been enough similar complaints that this phone number/line ought to be cut off.

This is an automated fax transmittal initiated by doctors requesting medical records.  I called their main line 1-877-874-9378 and after listening to all their options finally hit # to get a live person. They gave my number to their IT person to have my phone number removed from the system.

I think we are under attack by space invaders and if we dont respond soon it will be too late...

Intermittent calls calls all day yesterday 2-24-2010 and beginning today 2-25-2010 at 4:17 A M. I have had 3 up to 8:30 A M. I answered first one; it was a fax machine. It is very aggravating. I am retired and do not need this hassle. Who do I contact to stop it?

I got a call from them in the evening for Triwest Healthcare Alliance in regards to cervical cancer screening.  Interesting to get a phone call about keeping your appointments up to date (isn't that automatic?!).

Have received three calls to my cell phone over the past week. No recording, no beep, just hangs up when I answer. I have never done business with them.

Either these spazzes need to clean up their act or some sleeze telemarketer is using their number.

I got a call from this number just now, and punched it into google which led me here, but it was a message from TriWest about how women are at risk for cervical cancer, and to make sure I schedule appointments to be healthy, yadda yadda.

I just returned from a month at our house on Maui (HI) during which time I received at least 10 calls from this number, at ALL hours of the night and day. There was no message...only intermittent beeps (which I assumed to be a fax machine). When I called the 602 number, a recording asked me to call the Triwest Health call center at 1-808-573-1644. When I called this number, a rep. told me they had no way of tracking this problem since I wasn't a Triwest Health member (!). I susequently spoke with a supervisor who took down my name and phone number and promised to look into it.
