Calls and hangs up constantly

I got a call from my girlfriend in Qatar from this number.  She was using Skype.  This is the first time I have had this number come up with a call from her.  Very odd, eh?

I've gotten two calls from this number, both times the person on the other end asked for "Norman". There's no Norman here so I told them that they've got the wrong number. If they call again, I'll tell them to remove our number from their records. We'll see if that works.

They called and asked questions about my business insurance, workers comp, liability, auto.  Want to send info about insurance when my policy is set to renew.  Wanted to fax or email it. Funny, the guy told me it would not be spam and would go straight to my inbox.  I told him to me it is spam no matter where it goes.

It's possibly a collector or someone using it as a spoof #. I get it too. Called them back from the FBI's phone number. Maybe that will stop them-lol.

i'm in phoenix and just got a call from the same number, they said they were a police detective looking for me, when i call the number back i just get a busy signal so obviously just a collector.  it's amazing how far these bill collectors will go!

Just got a call from 602-567-9810. Rang 4x, I answered nobody there 1:55am. I hit *57. Why not start early with the trace?

Called the past two days, 3 yesterday, 1 today. No noise, no person, just the diconnect sound. Hit *69 and got this number this last time.

this number has called me 602-567-9810 and they knew my first and last name. & that i have a sister. but when i call it back and i get is a dial tone.
what does that mean... and thats a little creepy that they new my name.

FYI:  Area code for Luxembourg is 352..!!

I have been receiving these calls for almost the last 24 hours non stop. They call at all hours. I am now on a mission to catch whoever these people are. Here are the numbers that have called so far and I believe they are all the same people/person. 602-567-9810, 602-567-9770, and 602-282-3442. All of these numbers leave the same message: A bunch of background noise with someone sometimes pressing the phone's buttons. No talking, nothing. This is harassment, plain and simple and there are laws against it. Here is what I was told to do by my local police department (call your own police department to get instructions.) They told me that in order for them to put together a harassment report they need three successful traces of the number. All you have to do is immediately after the person calls, pick up the phone and dial *57. This will trace the call. You won't be able to find out the true number but this information is available to law enforcement. It's funny how I can't see who is really calling me because of supposed "privacy laws" but these a-holes can call me whenever they feel like it and invade MY privacy. I am urging everyone to perform this Call Trace. It's not free. It costs $2.00 per use, but to me it's worth it if I can get these sons of b***hes!

Getting same thing on landline and cell from this and two other numbers with same behavior. All three numbers leave message with no speaking and background noise. Can't call back. Just dial tone that's it. Call at 2 am and all hours. Can't these creeps be caught?

a number has been calling since last 12 hours every 15 minutes to 30 minutes.  nobody speaks. 011-352-942-417755. I do not have anybody who hates me so much that he would call me so many times.

Got the same calls today...one at 5 in the morning and one at 6. No one responded to either call when i answered. Googled the number and here i am. It sure is irritating that we are not allowed to block any number we desire. I have a long list.

i got the call 3 times tonight and when i try to call it back its a dial tone and than busy they called my cell about 10 pm arizona time

It just showed up as the originating number on a junk fax I received about health insurance. I'm assuming it's a spoofed ID.

Keeps calling me also. Would like to know who it is. Number originates in PHoenix AZ. all i know.

X keeps calling from this # and another # however, she is in another country.. am sure she is using the magicjack or similiar phone line service via her computer *

Well this # keeps calling me but is from an X that lives out of the country -- I know she is using the * magicjack phone service to have a USA #

It calls my business a lot too.
