The number that calls me now is 602-337-3270. It is RSI, and what is weird is that anytime I try to talk to a real person it's not possible. I've dealt with debt collectors and they usually state where the debt is issued from and for how much. I think I'll try saying it is a wrong number and to take me off of the list.

Its RSI Inc. They handle child support for the State of Az.  They are really great to work with.

I received a call from 480-374-6873 Debt Collection Company RSI. I told them that I only communicate in writing and that the conversation was over. As I was hanging up they were stating "and you wonder why you are in collection..." a few seconds later I got a call from this number. I assume it was the same company RSI.

I got a call from them for the 1st time a couple days ago they asked for me and i just told them they had the wrong number she said ok ill take u off the list and i havent got another call yet.

First, someone whom you believe to be of the non-winning variety of the human race is a "loser." Note the spelling. "Looser" means that something is more loose than something that is loose, for instance your brain, as in it has cast off from its moorings and is bopping around aimlessly in your brain case. Or, if you didn't get that, someone's shorts are loose and they keep falling down.

Second, just because someone owes on a debt and a collection agent is trying to track them down does not make them a loser. It makes them unfortunate. Some folks have lost their jobs lately?perhaps you know a few?and can no longer pay their bills. Loser? Probably not. A victim of this economy? Most likely.

OK i get these call once a day all at the same time but when i answer its just silence. maybe a little static but other than that nothing no backround noise. And if they do call and i dont answer they never leave a message

Claims to be RCI. I've seen a lot of activity via google about negative, threatening, ILLEGAL means of trying to collect "debt".  I know I don't owe anyone anything. Not sure if they are scam artists or poorly informed unethical collectors.

I receive calls from these people all the time, not always from the same number. I never answer, and they leave a 3 second voicemail saying "I have an important message for" and then it cuts off. It's very annoying. What's more annoying is that I'm on the Do Not Call list.
