Calls and threatens girls...posts altered, slanderous ads online...Is relentless, and tries desperately to try and get a reaction out of people. An obviously, not very stable individual.

The number on the Caller ID: (602)703-0771.
Calls political candidates offering to give information about the "horrible and unethical" things their opponents have apparently done. He offers to help get the word out. Leaves his phone number, but not his name. This is obviously the start of further harrassment.
