rings phone hangs up

They let the phone ring about 6 times, then hang up --- tried to call the number back and get a message stating they are accepting no phone calls as their box is full.

No one will say anything to the answering machine. Just call one or more times a day for several weeks. It will make you lose your temper after you stop what youm are doing.
