They're still calling - I've called them back and I get a recording that says "Thanks for calling, this call may be recorded..."
They never leave a voice mail.

Called me twice, as I did not recognize the number I did not answer. first left a 1 min 4 sec blank (no sound) voice mail, second left 2 sec. Both times my wife's phone rang with the same caller ID in less than 2 min.
No idea who they were.

No clue who these people are. They call my cell. I call back and recording says "This call will be recorded."
