I get calls from this number frequently. I pick up...no one says anything, they just hang up.

I actually called them back multiple times to report different phone numbers to the DNC.  Same company everytime.  I suggest that every person on this page call them five or six times and tell them what a$%#-holes they are for doing this to people.  I asked him how he can sleep at night.  He said nothing to defend himself.  Multiple phone numbers and multiple lines; all Deer Valley Mechanical or Valley mechanical.

I kept on saying hello .there was no answer and then the line hung up.

I picked up and said you have the wrong number guy said I don't think so
I told him I didn't need there help and hung up it was about 1:40 this afternoon.

Another telemarketing call.  Air conditioner service with the "we will be in your area" so can we stop by.

They just called me and when I said "Hello" I heard someone talking in the background and they hung up. I called the number back and received a recorded message stating all the agents are busy at the moment. I stayed on the line until a woman answered. I told her "your company just called me." She said yes and that they were running a few specials in my area. I told her do not ever call me again, I have never done business with your comapny and that I was reporting this incident. I asked her if she understood and she hung up.

Happens all the time. Just don't answer. After 20 years, they go away...and you too! No problem.

Any HVAC company that has to cold-call people looking for work in Phoenix IN JULY can't have much repeat business. All the reputable companies that I know are as busy as a one-legged kick-boxer this time of year. What does that tell you?

Same here -- it's July 9th, 2011, and I received a phone call at 16:14 Arizona/Pacific time from 602-732-4588; I let voice mail take it but they hung up on it.  I've had my home phone number they called since 1998, and have been on the national Do Not Call Registry as soon as it was created, with zero interruption to my service (a possible reason to bump you off the Do Not Call Registry) in all of that time, and I have maintained the Do Not Call registration for the number to this day.

What's interesting is I know this isn't the first time I've dealt with this company blind-calling me nor the first time I've looked up their number online -- as soon as I got here and started reading the complaints, I remembered that I HAD called this company previously a couple of years ago for the EXACT SAME THING -- to demand they stop calling me (I have NEVER done business with them).

How is it possible that they can ignore the national Do Not Call Registry?

I called them back a short while ago (as I did a couple of years ago).  The woman I spoke to actually told me that they were exempt from the Do Not Call registry (but they do have their own "Do Not Call" list, she said), but then told me, when I asked how that is possible, that she doesn't know how or why, only that they are exempt.

In response I told her that I have NEVER done business with their company, and that they are NOT a charity nor a political organization, and therefore can not _possibly_ be exempt from the national Do Not Call registry.  Ironically I'm certain I had nearly this same conversation with someone there a couple of years ago.  She then told me this was her first day working for the company, and only knows that they are.

How is it that they are allowed to continue to operate with impunity in this manner?

My case is a very _perfect_ example of flouting the law in regard to the National Do Not Call Registry -- there are no loopholes here.  I've never done business with them, I've had this phone number since 1998 continuously without disconnection/disruption of service, while dutifully entering it into the national Do Not Call registry as soon as the registry was created, then checking on a regular basis to ensure that the national Do Not Call entry for the number was maintained.  I say again, there are no loopholes here -- this is a clear violation.

And this is now a repeated violation, considering I've directly asking them to stop calling in the past (a couple of years ago, and now again today), when they had no valid reason to flout the national Do Not Call Registry entry then, nor now.

Don't ignore the pleas on this site to complain about their business practices if you get blind-called by this company -- I am now going to the BBB site to enter a complaint, AND to the national Do Not Call registry site to file a complaint.  I can only hope that both organizations (one private, one a government entity) at some point actually take these complaints seriously (and apparently the only way they will do that is if as many of us as possible actually FILE A COMPLAINT -- power in numbers!).

I just can't believe in all of these years that nobody has put a stop to this company's regulation-flouting business practices.  We pay taxes for what, again, exactly (the BBB may not get my taxes, but the FTC certainly does)?

I received a cll from this number today. A man said he was from Deer Valley Mechanical.They wanted to come out and service our air conditioning & heating. I declined and told him I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  PEOPLE...If you are on the DO NOT CALL LIST, and don't file a complaint, then nothing happens to these people and you will continue getting calls. So then what's the use of being on the list?

I called in sick today and was hoping if I got some extra sleep i would feel better. It called me 3 times and now I'm wide awake. Thank you 602-732-4588.

Just got call my first call from these guys.  I didn't answer and no message left.  I guess this is yet another scammy A/C company that blindly calls everyone in the whitepages regardless of the DNCL.  They can join the ranks of Abode Air (4803791002) and Desert Valley Air (6239300356) who also have been doing the same for years.  They're blocked.

Got this call...didn't even talk to me...just said something like "it works" and hung up.

Consider this a warning before action is taken against harassment.  Thank you in advance for taking us off your "Do not call list".

Call was answered by helper at home, the caller knew I was not available easily but said she wanted me.  When I finally got to the phone, she said she was calling in response to my call last week, and they could schedule an appointment for service.  "On what"?
We will be able to come this week for maintenance on your air conditioner.  I told her she was a liar, and she should get a real job.
Hung up.  She called back about 10 minutes later and hung up. We are on the do not call list. She knew it was difficult for me to get to the phone, and let me struggle, then lied, hoping I was so feeble that I'd just tell them to come on out. Unscrupulous.

I called the 623 number supplied by "CALL THEM AND BUG THEM" and was handed over the the "nice guy" mentioned by "called 3 times," who also told me that they:

but he didn't try to claim exemption from DNC--he just doesn't seem to care. Report them and MAKE them care! I also looked them up in the BBB and they have an "A+" rating and no complaints in the "Advertising" category. If you want here's a tiny URL I created to that page:

Best way to stop them. Fax about a dozen pages that are solid black (black construction paper works great) to them. On the cover page, say the faxes will stop , when their calls stop.

Their fax machines will run out of ink after about 5 pages

Received a call from this number, they asked for wife by name.  Then hung up when she was put on. I called back and asked how I got this number. They said they are with deer valley mechanical asking to schedule a service.

they are not exempt, just everyone report them, it will catch up with them.

They called, I heard phone, but they hung up before I could get to the phone, they left no msg. I dialed *69 and called back. No answer. Really annoying! Its a Saturday morning. Who calls on a Saturday?

Deer Valley Mechanical....another annoying telemarketer.  Do not do business with any telemarketers or their merchants.

Several months ago I received calls from this number on my cell phone - tried to opt out and it would just hang up.  Now getting them on my home phone - same as the rest of you - you say hello and get  no response.  Then the calls gone without any disconnect sound.

Just got a call from that number. Nobody spoke. I said "hello" three times.

Hung up when machine answered.  Caller ID said Phoenix AZ  The number is unpublished and a landline.

same number just called my home phone.  no message.  solicitation??
