Call back to 602-753-0976 and you will hear a recorded voice of a man saying "thank you for calling back, we recognize your number and have entered you into today's drawing" then cue a peppy woman's voice saying that your phone number has been selected as a winner after being submitted online on of these websites (but then doesn't list the websites) for a contest to win a $2500 all inclusive trip for up to 4 people to Cancun, Mexico. Please hold while we transfer you to a live representative... Hold for 20 seconds and then the line goes busy and hangs up.
