Repeated daily calls from a woman telemarketer with a Spanish accent. Got tired of the daily call. So each time that number called I asked if she "was the prostitute I hired from the personal pages to come over and give me sex".  I'd continue saying to her over and over  again that I'm ho**y and I need sex.  After three days of that she stopped calling.  I doubt if she'd turn me in for vulgarity. It would be nice if she tried. I'd have her arrested. Probably a low life wet-back.

Called and asked for the boss by first name, I said "I'll check and see if they're available, may I ask who this is?" and it promptly disconnected. Seeing all the comments about it being a sneaky robocall, it's possible my reply was just too complex for it to handle?

I was in a phone call with a real person.  During that phone call I heard the incoming call waiting tone.  About 5 seconds later I and the person whom I was in a call with heard "this call is being recorded".  We hung up.  Within 1 minute I got a call from 602.753.5621 with caller ID of "LiveGivingMoments".  I didn't answer.  No message left.  I wonder if there is a connection between the two events.  Creepy.

Called at 8:30am asking for someone. When I said "who is this" she gave me a name I could not understand. I had received some calls the other day that sounded funny. They had me questioning whether the callers voice was real or fake, just like this one so I played along for a minute. I have to agree that this is not a real person but voice recognition software. The first and only question I was asked was about grandchildren. Be careful and know who you are talking to.

602-753-5621 comes up as "Life Giving Moments". They call and NEVER leave a message, any day or hour like today which is a Saturday.

I got a call from this number the other day, they left no message,  The first few times they called, it showed up as Life giving moments, this time, Life giving women.  Same thing, let the machine pick up, they did not leave a message.  I am also on the No call list, but mine does not expire, it has been recently they started having it to where  once your number or numbers are on it, they don't expire, which is nice.
The thing is, the no call list is only for telemarketers, sales,  not political, religious, etc.  When I get a call like this, if I answer it, I just tell then not to call again, and most of the time it works, not always. I end up blocking them.  Good luck on this one, as they have several different numbers and names.

they call themselves "Livegiving Moment", "Lifegiving women", etc.  They call me every few weeks under a different phone number--obviously to keep ahead of the law--so it's no use blocking any of the numbers. I've never answered their calls. It's annoying and they call at the damnedest times, but until somebody actually catches these guys it's just something we all have to live with. And the smartest thing for anybody is to check the id and then don't answer the phone, or you'll be doomed with calls from them forever. If they get no answer they just wait a few weeks before calling you again.

The address for agent for service of process is for a "pack and mail" storefront. That's OK. They are obligated to accept legal service and forward it to the "company." Up to 2 years after the company gives up its mailbox.

The corporation is registered with the state as a "non-profit" which does not automatically give them a free pass. Federal law says only "tax-exempt non-profits" don't need to follow the DNC laws.

These girls (there's three of them) are fair game for a TCPA / DNC violations lawsuit -- if a call recipient is living in New Mexico. I can't find any presence for them in my own state which makes it difficult to serve papers on them. So NM victims, go for it!

The DNC list works exactly as intended. To say it doesn't work is to say that "gun control" doesn't work because criminals still get their hands on illegal guns, or that "speed limits" don't work because you were just passed by somebody going 5 over the limit. These things "work" perfectly in that they provide a mechanism for enforcement. If the mechanisms aren't activated, the laws are meaningless. Guess what, the government is busy, they are not going to enforce the DNC list, but the law is deliberately written with the "right to private action" which gives us, the little guys, a hunting license for telemarketer season. A defendant's lawyer, in the course of discussing our settlement, even told me that the whole thing has been set up specifically to give citizens the power to pursue these abusers in small claims court. So those of you who complain the DNC doesn't work, get off your but, learn what to do, and bring suit. It's actually very easy and I have my own form letters, ready to be filled out and sent.

I routinely use the DNC laws to sue telemarketers. This year so far, I've pocketed $7000, with four more cases in the works. If they can be sued, you can collect. And not just a piddling $500. My collections are all for several times that. I turn down nickel-dimey settlements for $500 and eventually always collect more.

Coming back to this caller, the easiest thing is for some victim who happens to be in NM to bill them, then sue them. That link at the top of this page gives the name and address of the "agent for service of process." First you send a bill (a fat one), they will ignore or lie about their status, then you file in small claims court. You are just about guaranteed to collect. Judges get these calls too and I've yet to encounter a judge who is favorably disposed toward such parasites.

Calls and hangs up.  Leaves no message or no one is on the line.  Is irritating to say the least however when we get a call like this I just block it and problem solved. I purchased a panasonic telephone that has the capabilities to block calls.  There are other phones with similar capabilities but I just happened to pick panasonic.  It is such a joy to get a call once and then block it and then no more do you hear from them.

This number has called over 25 times this year (as logged by my blocker).  The best money you will ever spend is to get one of these.  Mine is called Pro call blocker, but there are many others such as T lock call blocker which looks identical.  Around 50 - 60 bucks on ebay or amazon.  Stores up to 1500 numbers, all you need to do is scroll thru the caller id numbers and hit the blacklist button for those you want blocked. Nice to have a normal quiet phone line for a change.  Forget about the FCC and the joke do not call list;  they will do nothing.  They appear to actually be on the side of the corporate  spammers as evidenced by their recent rule proposal to ban any chance of net neutrality and turn internet pricing and data flow control over to big ISP's and media companies.

Damn their is a lot of post here on this number, got a call from them @4:59pm 13 May 14 right after a call from 516-220-1234 @4:38pm 13 May 14 so they might be tied together. All they are going to get is the answer machine, but I might start wasting their time in the future with fake info and refer them to the local police number, oh this going to be fun!

I've been getting calls from 602-753-5621. I do not answer and they didn't leave a message until this morning. The machine or person did ask for a deceased person associated with my number.  How in the world do we stop all these scams? The DNC list seems to do nothing.

Called several times recently...

$100 for a Panasonic phone with call block??  That is HIGH!   I have been buying the Panasonic KX-TGA641  on Ebay & Amazon for about $20.  It only has about 25 spots for phone numbers to block, then you have to go back through & remove the old numbers that have stopped calling so you have more room to enter the new numbers they have switched to.  

The instructions are VERY simple. One little paragraph tells you how to block calls, how to add / delete numbers.

I get a minimum of four telemarketing calls a day.  Hey, I'm lonely, so I answer them, really just to screw with them.  As soon as ANY caller calls and asks for me by my real name - I tell them, "I'm sorry; you have the wrong number."  And then on this place calling me, she starts in, "Well, I can talk to you."  Uh, no, no you can't.   After I hang up, why don't you just sit down and try to figure out where it all went wrong.

Rec'd a call today asking for my husband, then caller said she could talk to me...asked 4-question survey regarding children/grandchildren tv influence. Once the survey was completed, she started what sounded would be a "spiel" of some sort, so I told her no thanks and hung up.

Just got a call from"Amanda" pitching the Life Give A Moment nonsense and know right away "she" was a synthesized fake programmed voice. I answered all her questions in Spanish and she kept asking if Terry was there!! Kinda feel sorry for Life Give A Moment if they actually paid for the robot voice software. Needs a LOT of work. Are you there, Terry???
