So here is the information on the company calling you and a telephone number for the owner's cellphone. Feel free to give him a call and a piece of your mind... Maximum Security Alarm / Sacramento / Andrew Higgins. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California (1010 Hurley Way, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA 95825). Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his [removed:lang] brother David Higgins and their  [removed:lang] father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level. You can reach the owner Andy Higgins on his cellphone @ 916-223-6311. He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry. I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that. The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government's allegations, which have not yet been proven.

On February 5, 2013, the State of Missouri filed a petition for preliminary and permanent injunctions, restitution, civil penalties and other court orders against Maximum Security Alarm. The petition alleges, in part, that Maximum Security Alarm engaged in a pattern of outbound telephone calls violating Missouri's No-Call List Laws by contacting telephone lines placed on Missouri's Telemarketing No-Call List in an attempt to solicit customers for home security systems. The petition also alleges that Maximum Security Alarm caused the telephone to ring repeatedly in an annoying, abusive or harassing manner by soliciting consumers after they had made known they did not wish to receive calls and utilized methods to circumvent caller identification services. The petitions seeks to enjoin Maximum Security Alarm from making telephone solicitations to those who have placed themselves on Missouri's No-Call List, require MSA to pay $5,000 per violation of the No-Call List Laws, pay the state for all investigative and prosecution costs, and to pay the State of Missouri an amount equal to 10 percent of the total restitution ordered against Defendant. My story is the same as everyone else.  The caller ID is Business class and they are trying to sell home security systems.  I pressed 1 to talked to someone and when I asked why they were calling my phone number, I was told "I don't know, it's a computerized call system.  Why the f**k did you press 1?", then hung up.  I can't believe a phone solicitor was incredably rude.  Totally unacceptable.  When I call the number pack to report what happened, their voice mail box was fully (naturally).

Caller ID came up  " Business Class"

That's a new one!

Do not press any key. It will verify they reached a working number and 1. these scum will not put you on their DNC list and 2. They will sell your number to other telemarketing scum

"Business Class" wanting to put a small sign in my yard. I get a FREE security system. Same song and dance, just from a different number.

It is a telemarketer wanting to sell you a home security system.  It starts talking about a number of houses that are broken into each year.

The caller ID Business Class; it calls every day; it bugs me really bad; feel like to scream. Stop calling me.

Robo-call for security system.  They say it's free but require a credit card.  Obvious scam.  Hung up on me when I asked where they were located.

The DO NOT CALL program is a huge JOKE. If the government can trace  the 'descendant' of a cow in NY that has some kind of weird disease all the way across the country to her great grand calf in the State of Washington, three generations removed, right to the calf's stall, why can't illegal nuisance calls be stopped????? Oh, I forgot, more government jobs with high salaries for people who do nothing except collect big fat pay checks and receive fantastic benefits. Our country has gone to the dogs.

Phone rang 4:54 P.M. Caller I.D. said Business Class. I didn't answer and they left no message.

I would personally like to thank the gross and massive incompetence of the Do Not Call Registry for seemingly to be so obviously in the pockets of these douche-bag telemarketers. Am I the only one who's garbage calls have increased since registering with these impotent corksoakers....for five years now since registering, I receive more f'd up calls than ever. I believe the DNCR is in cahoots with these criminals. Like another branch of the Mafia only dumber and inept.

I have called back several times to have my name removed.   They keep calling.  Today I called the law firm of Morgan and Morgan to see if they can help

This is a recorded message from a company that wants to install a security system sign in the yard.  They have called before & I am going to report them on donotcall.gov.  Today I did listen to the whole message and at the end it says to press 9 to be placed on their do not call list - which I did.  It will be interesting to see if it stops them from calling or if makes it worse.  Our phone number is on the federal do not call list.

This pest managed to find my phone number although I am on the do not call registry. They rang. I did not answer and they left no message. Caller ID says 'Bus Class'

it just made it worse. Once you pick up, they will call you back at the same time every day!! One call i got was from a cell phone, that said to press a number to be put on their do not call list, yeah, right!! As if cell phones have that capability!!! Best just not to answer!!

Caller ID listed as "Business Class".   More like NO CLASS.  As soon as my answering machine started playing the incoming message, they hung up. Scumbag leeches!!!

call came in mid -afternoon, notation on system said "business class" and i turned the fool message off.  these fools are a nuisance.

Got a generic call that said I could get a free home security system.  I ALWAYS press to speak, and then bi***.  They just hang up.

Called the number back.  The recording said I was contacted by a telemarketer, and could be put on their do not call list, but when I tried, they wanted me to type my number in.  So I called back to talk to a real person, but it just went to a full mailbox

criminals are now added  to PRO call blocker version 2.0...the best $59 you will ever spend.
1200 number blocking capacity..up to 10 area codes can be blocked...also you can block criminals with no phone numbers on their caller ID.
blockers with 50 or 60 number capacity..you will run out of numbers in a couple of months.
FCC is in bed with these criminals:
1-do not answer the calls that you do not recognize.
2-search on awesome websites such as this one,for the phone number and once you see the numbers here,
3-stop wasting your time with useless reports and complaints and buy a good blocker.
