This scam marketer ignores Fed Do Not Call List

This company has been harrassing our company.  After they do not get anywhere they hang up and call back again later after being asked not to call.  We dont have the luxury of changing our phone number so we are filing a police report and tracing all calls so they are tracked and this company can be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  Furthermore we recorded a phone conversation letting them know that they were being recorded for quality assurance purposes and told them we were on the do not call list.  We have been writing down times and dates they have called us and we will be filing harrassment charges as this has not stopped.  The companys "real" phone number is 1-877-286-7530.  Feel free to do the same i will update if recording a phone call and filing a police report and tracing phone calls works to stop this abuse.  They have a way of making another phone number show up in outgoing calls.  THere is a program called spoof.com that does this and i am sure there are others as well.

The Number Called my Cell Left no Message and when I called back it said the VM had not yet been set up.  I have no Idea.

I keep getting calls from this number.  It is a merchant service telemarketing company.  They want to get you to help set up merchant accounts online, Master Card, AMEX, Visa

Number shows up as John Thompson and they call everyday! They dont leave any message....what a pain in the a$$

I have this number on my phone reject list but they still keep calling even though I can't answer.   I will then try to call their number and the mailbox is always full so I still have no idea who calling my number but getting tired of them calling my number even though it's never answer.

Got a call from caller id "John Thompson" asking for me and explaining that I had asked for an income opportunity for working 4-5 hours a week. Told her I had a job and I wanst interested. She asked if I was in Utah and I said yes, then she said "ok thank you" " this was a mistake we already have a representative in Utah" then she hung up.

The reality is I never requested information from anyone regarding "additional income" nor know anything about this company.

I've gotten calls from this number and I would like to know what it's all abojt

Receive several calls the last few days.  Have reported it to my state's Attny General and they do NOTHING though I am on no call list.  I finally told this guy to go F himself and F U and hung up.  Next time they call, look out.  I have a special thing for them--LOUD NOISE ALARM!  Then they will need a hearing aid!

Someone from this number calls several times a day, even late at night or early in the morning. They never leave a message and once I called back to see who was it and nobody answered or had a voice message set up.

This number keeps calling my house when i try to call it back it says the mail box is full. Its starts anywhere from 7am to 9am and goes until 10 or 11 pm

Called 4 times today. The only message that was left was a man's voice saying, "C'mon man". Then hung up this was the last call of the day. This is aggravating. It is hard enough to get a child to take a nap without the phone ringing 4 times in a hour. Take a hint people, if I don't answer the first time what makes you think that I will anwer the next time you call?

caller calls and leaves no message. when i call back it goes into a musical voice mail that says the voice mail is full

They been calling me alot and they never leaves a msg and when i call them back it tell me the mail box is full.

I also recieve these calls. I answered and they said they were working with visa/mastercard. And had bought my phone number for telemarketing purposes. Also claimed to have no knowledge of what the National Do Not Call Registry is.

I log every call as a complaint with the DNC. I know of anoter company that was fined a couple hundred thousand dollers because of these complaints. Maybe if everyone logs the calls they may just stop.

These bastards are constantly changing the numbers from which they're calling from. The numbers that are registering on my phone are now as such:  602-956-3161   602-682-1082   602-682-1080   602-682-1086   602-682-1095   602-682-1087   888-258-9142   866-759-4702.  Wow, what a bunch of low life losers.  What these Godless creatures don't know is that karma is a b***h, and it will come back to hunt them!  I hope that very cent that they are robbing off of people are spent on medical bills and hospital stays for the rest of their pathetic miserable  and pitiful lives.  May they never see sunshine and happiness for the rest of their sorry lives.  Anybody, how tries to make his living from stealing and conning people, is, in my opinion, subhuman, an animal.

Let me clarify a couple of things...

"Not" all of your unwanted calls are "RoboCalls"!

Most marketing calls today are run by what is called an "Automated Calling System" (ACS) and this is not to be confused with "RoboCalls"...

"Automated Calling Systems" just dial your number and have no control over the call content…”Live” or “Pre-Recorded” but will hang up if not answered.

"RoboCalls" are calls that play a PRE-RECORDED if you answer or leave a PRE-RECORDED message on your answering machine...

So,

If you receive an unsolicited "Pre-Recorded" message then all applicable "FTC" "RoboCall" laws apply and you should make your complaints geared to Federal "RoboCall" law and regulations violations.

If you receive "Hang-Up" calls from a "Live Person" or an "ACS" that has “NO Pre-Recorded" message but does perpetuate a "Live Party Hang-Up" or "ACS Hang-Up" due to lack of  response of the party being called (i.e. Answering Machine forward, etc.), then you should make your complaints geared to Federal "Tele-Marketer" law and regulations violations.

I hope this clears up any possible confusion in the determination of which classification your unwanted calls fall under. If not just ask.

they call my cell relentlessly

These bastards are or somehow related to the Jennifer Johnson internet business scam. I unfortunately was curious to learn what their business was about, because it sounded very good. Some work that I could do at home. That's how they got my information. Well I found out very quick that they are a scam...... and I am being harassed by their phone calls daily   3-4 times a day. They call by different numbers, 602-840-0462, 602-956-3161,                602-774-3461, 206-432-4350, 866-759-4702, 888-258-9142. I don't know about you guys, but I'm on a mission to silence these bastards once and for all.  I hope you all are doing the same.

come home after along day doing detective work to find 10 calls from 602840 0462. i have no idea why they are calling, i know who they are working for though.....so i reported my findings to the local office of the FBI. that makes 13 times they have called in 2 days. i am a good investigation officer.we will prosicute them....

I've filed complaints with the FTC and arizona... but it looks like others have too.

Here's how a portion of my conversation went:

Me: Sir, this number is on the national do not call registry and you are breaking a federal law.

Him: Don't you know what's going on in the economy? You can't not have me share this with you.

Me: Please give me your company's name, and address so that I can file a complaint against you.

Then he starts going on about something like, people are dying in Haiti, and I'm worried about a phone call... during which I asked him again for his company's name and address and then he just hung up on me.

Call back to the number and it just goes to a full mail box. He originally identified himself as with "avese"? But wouldn't spell it, he said he represented Amex Visa and Master Card.

STOP CALLING :D

This number calls me everyday.  I never answer.  I want it stopped.

Calls from 602-840-0462 keep coming to my home and my cell phone. These people are relentless, calling at all times.

Merchant Referral Solutions - scammers and thieves.  DO NOT TALK TO THEM!  They used to be called "Bankcard Empire" and they're in the business of bilking people to sign up for a useless "work at home" scheme.  Check the Better Business Bureau's web site for Merchant Referral Solutions and Bankcard Empire, and do not give them the time of day.

Merchant Referral Solutions also called my house today.  There scheme sounded good, but I did not give them my information.  As they were talking I was on google to see what type of business they were.  You know people will do anything to put money in there pockets at someone else cost. LOL I told them I would call them back in two weeks, but I will not; that was to get them off the phone.  Well this time the scam was on them and not on me.  Everybody that has a computer at home check on that company first before you give any information, if it sounds to good to be true, then it just might be.  I just know these scamers hate the internet.

I have received 5 calls from this number...no message left...called it back and same as others on this...VM is not currently set up to take messages...is there any way to block this number thru phone carrier...and not change personal phone number...

These people call every day and ever day I do not answer. I figured that it is a scam and it probably is. Eventually they will stop. As much as you would love to threaten them with infliction of great pain, remember that the calls are probably recorded.
