Got a call asking for the owner, good thing is our owner doesn't go by his first name, so anyone with legitimate business with him would know that.  We are a sales office, and I HATE getting sales calls, like we don't know what's going on...sheesh.

These idiots have been calling the company I work for since January 13, 2009 and again on January 22, 2009.  They call asking for the owner of the company and they pretend like they know him...which it is obvious that they don't.  They get extremely rude and confrontational (swearing at me etc.) because they are stupid enough to think that will get them through.  "Larry" called the first 2 times in January and got nowhere with me!  Yesterday, a lady named Victoria Cooper from IPA came by and gave her business card for the owner.  At this point I researched these crooks on the internet...just google them, you will see.  This morning I had a call from 602-903-5248 and she said she was from Victoria Cooper's office (well I remembered the lady from yesterday), she asked for the owner and I asked who she was and what she was calling about...she said it was business and not a sales call and that Victoria had already spoken to the owner a few days ago (complete crap) and she would not elaborate further, at least not even remotely intelligently.  I knew it was a sales call and I told her to please not call us anymore and add us to her do not call list.  This idiot had the nerve to call back 2 times in less than 10 minutes to try to argue with me.  At least I had a good laugh.  One more and I will report them to the FCC, Attorney General, BBB, and anyone else that I can think of!  They are a shady "mergers and acquisitions company" with a very bad reputation.  Go ahead and mess with these jerks, they deserve it!

nice girl aggressively trying to get a hold of the owner. when asked for call back number she simply says she has none. something along the lines of i just happen to be here. i've dealt with IPA before. they basically want to consult and give cost savings tips, and keep a cut of those savings- but that's after looking at all your financial docs. noble concept but shady tactics.

6029035248 called (carol braunk). I answered and they said that they were following up on a visit that was made by Ruth Boothe last week. There was no visit or call ever from this person. After telling her that the owner was unavailable and would not call her back when there are enough people working for him that could handle anything they may be calling about. She admitted to me that they are a full service company offering services to companies instead of them hiring in house employees. I HATE THESE CALLS!

This company also keeps calling my company asking for the owner.  I tell him I cannot give out his mobile number, they continue to harass me, and usually hang up on me.  I don't know who they are or what they want!

I keep getting a call from a Shawn Taylor at 602-903-5248, asking for the company owner.  Once I told him to take us off their list, he said, "What, excuse me, he called me I am returning his call."  I requested the company name and he said, um no company just me.  He is a talented circle talker so beware of these people.  Just ask the right questions and you will catch them in their web of lies.

Same number has called our office several times. First Tim Robinson, now people calling from some guy named Michael Camfield or Canfield's office. Claming he is a business consultant and wants to talk to our company Pres. We have no idea what these people want they just call and call and call.

I don't know what it is with this damn company. Last year, around this time, we got a string of calls from this same number (listed below) that ranged somewhere between obnoxious and harassing. Somehow, some way they abated. Now, a year later, we're getting multiple calls in day. Twice today, I've gotten calls from "Kerry with Michael Canfield's Office", who wants to argue with me about where my boss is and why he isn't available. Now, I just got a phone call (second time today) from some woman who talks like she's on heavy doses of thorazine from this same number. I wrote the number down and called it back. The same lady answered and said, "Good afternoon, IPA."

I can only hope, I suppose, that eventually they'll get the message and F- off, but until such time - prepare to be aggravated!

This company keeps calling they even go so far as to come to the office and say that we set up a meeting with them when we never did.  IPA or IBA is the name of the company they use both names and try to talk to the owner pretending they know the owner.  After many attempts of telling them to take us of there list and they don't and keep calling i finally reported them.  Please help these stop these scam telemarketers by reporting them www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint.

Can't someone stop this company from calling all the time. I will never use there services and I will never let them have the information they want. They continually call, are always rude, and then hang up when you ask them to please stop calling.

Received call from above number.  Said they were confirming meeting with owner of company for owner to discuss filing for government stimulas money.  As I was the owner of the company I asked who they were.  The female caller said she was the personal assistant for "Allen" from IBA (International Business Association) and it was not a sales call.  I pulled up this website from the caller ID. THANKS EVERYONE.  I started questioning her about what her company does and she just hung up.  Before she hung up I was able to learn the company website from her.  It is: www.iba-c.com

received a call from 602-903-5248.  Some knucklehead with marbles in his mouth trying to dig information out of me.  Call must have originated from inside a prison.  I wouldn't give him any information, so he hung up.

I've had this same caller asking for the owner and even asking for a cell phone. He tries to appear as if he's buds with the owner and is never willing to give information about himself or the 'company' he's with for me to pass along the message. He's stated the same thing, that he's going to be out of the office, so he'll try back. It's very rude and annoying and a waste of time. I wish there was some way to find out more about this person and report him for realz.

Just got a call from this number from a Lee Smith's Office pertaining to IPA, some profit/business solutions company. Nagging telemarketer said it was a callback when we never called them and then he said he called yesterday, which I'm here all day and I answer our only business line and he didn't call. I called him a liar and hung up and he called back saying he wasn't a liar and trying to battle out for his dignity. LOL.. Very annoying..  just hang up on these people.. if you know your boss doesn't want to talk to them hang up and make them have the bad day.. LOL.. (WWW.IPA.-C.COM)

Lady called for my boss claiming to be from "Ruth Booth's Office".  Declined to leave a message as my boss was unavailable to take calls from telemarketer scum.

Someone from the above number called asking for my boss.  When I told him he wasn't available he DEMANDED his cell phone number!!  When I told him that I wasn't even remotely going to give that out, he demanded my name.  He also said that when he DID talk to my boss, it would be to tell him that our company had lost business because of ME.  LOL!  Whatever dude!

A guy called from this phone number. Said his name was Rick calling from Judge Sogberger's office wanting to speak with the owner. Informed them that the owner had stepped out for the day and if I could take a message. "rick" rudley asked if the owner was ever there. I said yes, but that he was out of the office today and tomorrow, again asked if I could take a message. Said that he was stepping out of the office too, so he couldn't give me a message ( does that make any sense??) Said he would call back later.

Update form my last post.  So right after I finished posting my last message, Lee Smith who Rick works for and calls ahead of time to see if the owner is in (the man who was rude and slammed the phone down), came to my door.  Of course we turned him away because of the rude call.

Can I speak to the Jeff the owner? I want to refer work to him.  Our employee who answered the phone said that she would be the one to speak to.  The man "Rick" slammed the phone down.  Thank you for all your posts so I know others were called too.

A man keeps calling for the owner, stays very vague regarding the call subject, then won't leave message.  Called again, when we said owner was not available, said "fine, I'll just call your competitor!" and slammed the phone down.  Very rude and sneaky- would NEVER allow his call to go through now.

hear talking but no one speaks to us

Received a "follow up" call from this # from "Paul Davis" for Business Consulting. Wondering how my visit with his salesperson went. No visit was ever made. He then continued to try to get info out of me. I told him we were "not interested." After this he became very arrogant. Left his direct number 708 698-XXXX for my boss. (IL area code???) No search results on any of his information comes up a match. Sounds like a scam to me! Very condensending person.

whatever place this is has people who can barely speak english trying to ask questions, then after they get some answers, someone else calls back and when they can't talk to the person they ask for they become extremely RUDE and slam the phone down in your ear!!! It is hard enough keeping a positive attitude while very busy at work without a negative jerk adding to it!
