Recorded Call. Network marketing recruiter calls and leaves message "if you're sick and tired of your downline...blah blah blah" Gets numbers off the internet from those trying to sell products for an mlm company or the like.

IMO: Do not ever join a person in business that calls you like this. Calls like these are acts of desperation.

They called, I didn't answer. There message left said they are from Red Hot Recruiting dot com. Another company I would never deal with. I would suggest anytime you get a call from such, remember to never do business with the company they recommend.

Dave,

It is not illegal to call me or anyone that is marketing on the internet using an auto-dialer or doing it manually. Once you put your phone number on your blog or website you are now fair game. These are B2B calls, totally legal. I get calls from people interested in joining my biz opps and I get calls from people trying to recruit me into their biz. These are the calls I love. I know that over 97% of them aren't making money and need my help, (although they are hesitant to admit it) so I reverse market them. Practice your phone skills to use these calls to your advantage. Todd Falcone has great trainings on this. I signed a woman up today to my biz opp and made a $1,000. She called me hoping to recruit me. They called you and you now have the power to help them.

THE NAME OF THE GAME IS TO SHOW HIS CLIENTS THAT THEY HAVE MADE SO MANY CALLS PER MONTH. SO THEY WILL CALL YOU FOR ONE CLIENT. THAN CALLS YOUR NUMBER 2 DAYS LATER FOR ANOTHER CLIENT. WE HAVE PHONE NUMBERS THAT HAS BEEN PRINTED OFF FROM PHONE BOOKS TO. SO HE BREAKS THE LAW ON NOT HAVING A CLEAN DO NOT CALL LIST TO CALL ON. YOU NEED TO ALL CONTACT THE STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE OF ARIZONA.

I KNOW OF ALL THIS BECAUSE I USED TO WORK FOR THIS SO CALLED MAN.

Message I worked for Josh and his real name is Jimmy. He ruined that name and started to use his middle name Joshua. What he does is get a list of people from on client and with names and numbers. He keeps them and reuses the numbers for another lient and charges them for the same all list. That he got for free and charged other clients.
Josh thinks he is so much smarter than anyone else. Anything that comes thru is a scam from his office.

I ran across his website (myPhoneRoom.com) and decided to do a little checking.  He actually has a phone room in Phoenix, AZ that calls leads for client business owners (like mlm and internet business owners) who provide him with the lead.  The people above may have signed up for some other persons offer and the lead was given to this business.  Also, many internet marketers buy or acquire leads from other businesses and these leads may not be legitimate or are harvested. They are given to this business which calls them and pisses people off.  The guy may be a scam artist, I don't know.  However, since I live in Phoenix, I'm going to check out the phone rooms in town and call the telemarketing ads to see if I can find this place.  I'll check it out and post more info.

This jack*** called me from 602-367-6282 (caller ID shows as " OPORTY KNCKS". This is a total scam under J. Joshua. Beistle. The person claimed the name was Paul. He said he gets leads from his boss "Beistle" and to call home based business to get leads for sales. I asked how "paul" got my number and he said "off Craigs List" (I listed a vacation home for rent). After looking into his website it forwards to several websites.

Do not fall for this scammer

Listen, why don't you stop complaining about getting calls. Isn't that the reason you have a phone? If you don't want to listen to the call for 3 mins hang up. You don't getting a call but you like to waste time suing this person/company. Do we have our priorities mixed up or what?

I also received a call from this number. I'm a professional Internet Marketer and SEO Consultant, I'm accutely aware of what I sign up for, I always read the fine print, and I NEVER leave my cell phone number. So your opt-in argument is pathetic.

It obvious that you are either a proponent of the service being offered here, or you're one of their telesales agents trying to make these folks look stupid.

Anyone with Internet marketing experiences realizes that there are programs and people who scour the Internet looking for personal contact information. This is known as harvesting. This is not illegal, but don't pawn it off as some b***s*** double-opt-in requirement.

Salesman are like cops, most of them are dicks.

I also received a phone call and I never signed up or opted-in to receive your phone call.  On another note, you are using an auto-dialer in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.  If any recipient would like to pursue it, they have a private right of action and can receive up to $500 in damages for each such violation.

And no, you don't have to "sign up", regardless of the law, these do***e bags flood the phone lines, make a quick buck, then disappear.

the only way to get that call is to sign up for it and confirm it with your double opt-in from an email. So what were you doing when you signed up for what for free to get into the list of auto presentations?

It is not teleSpam when you invite them to call you. It is technically not even telemarketing as is now regulated. Are you just jealous or really been played a horrible joke on the person you are defaming?

602-910-3005 showed on my ID.  I was in a meeting and didn't answer.  I checked my voice-mail after my meeting and had a 3-minute tirade from 'redhotrecruiting.com'.  Apparently their website is hosted by GoDaddy, and links on their site go to viralrecruiting.com (hosted at ThePlanet.com) as well as getresponse.com (hosted at paetec.com).
