could look into class action lawsuit against them for violation of telemarketing laws (using recording for call intro) and misleading people using info they know that is not true (got our info from DMV that we may be over paying).

They just called me and left no message. I called back and pressed 1. I tried to get some more information about them and after a few phone calls and being hung up on several times I found out they call themselves Insurance Placement Center and are located in Tempe, AZ. However, I think they blocked my number because now I receive a message from their system stating that the number I called is not in service.
