This is a telemarketer, or otherwise unwelcome caller.

Received a call from 603 000 0000 this morning, rang twice, when I picked up my phone and saw what the no. was, I didn't try to answer.  I never try to call back on this type of call and do not answer them if I don't recognize the no.  

My elderly mother received a call from this number today. The caller told her if she did not pay her phone bill today, it would be disconnected immediately. FYI, her phone bills are paid via automatic funds transfer from her bank. I also called the bank to be sure there was no glitch in withdrawals. The caller was most assuredly trying to scam my mother.

Didn't answer but have heard of a lot of cell phone scams called "cramming" if you answer they can then start making a billing charge on your phone bill.

I keep getting calls from the number (603) 000-0000. They don't say nothing and it's really annoying.

left a voicemail, it was an automated message trying to get my to press 1 to change the interest rate on my credit card and it somehow applies to the stimulus. Said it was my second and finale notice. Never said which card or my name. Plus,I don't have a credit card

603-000-0000.....Someone's not doing their job at the D.N.C. registry......Didn't answer, would like to know how they got my number?!!

This number 603-000-0000 is an auto dialed number that waits for you to listen long enough to get you to punch another number (pick one as they all lead to a person thanking you for contacting them to lower your credit card bill)...  As soon as I say I did not call you - you called me - any of the people that answer hang up...cowards!!! And too bad because I have something to say to them for all the annoying calls to my corporate mobile phone.  I agree with most of these posts, I have entered these creeps numbers in the Do Not Call Registry for years and I get more calls than ever...those creeps must work for the Do Not Call Registry! Good luck to others as it sure is frustrating.  Also, you need more "Call Types" to choose from below...such as auto dialed annoyance pranking calls.

This is false; tracking software is not delivered via answering a phone call.  

Received call about lowering my credit card rates.

They actually said to me "wow your rude", after I said I wasn't interested and to take me off the list.

There is also an app called privacy star that you can download and block calls that you don't want and it is free. I love it! Just a FYI

This number just called my cell phone. Didn't answer. They can leave a message or go take a long walk off a short pier. Stupid scammers.

Number called my moms phone, and the person on the otherwise  hung up before we could say anything. Just lookd back in my call log to realize that they called my phone, but I didn't answer. They haven't been calling alot. Who are they??

This number just called me and told me to press one immediately to lower the instrest rate on my credit card, that this wat my 2nd (never got a 1st) and final warning! Something to do with the government? Never said what credit card either.

They called regarding lowering my credit card rates. When I asked the guy to not call me anymore, he stated he was going to cancel all me credit cards associated with my phone number because the customer should be nicer to him. I asked to speak with his manager & he laughed & hung up. What the heck. These people call daily. He stated he was with Experian.

Please stop this!

Yeah, like I'm going to answer the call when a number like this shows on my caller ID.  I live in Kentucky.

I also have a Lexington, Ky number.  Did not answer, they did not leave message.

I am also in Kentucky.  I am in the Richmond area.  Do you know why they are calling us people in KY when the number says NH?  They would never answer and I said hello several times.  Do you have any idea who this is?

I have rec'd numerous calls to lower my debt on credit card...blah blah blah and I hang up.

The number 603-000-0000 has been disguised t fool caller ID.  I had several calls and it was a "lower your credit card interest" scam.  Now, I just received a call from what appears to be an affiliate number 917-333-000 and the person said they were from the Security Dept. of my credit card company!!!

Just so you know the National Do not call registry sells your number to companys like mine. Where i buy the numbers from the registry and i buy the right to call you. So while signing up for the registry does stop 90% of sales calls, since they sell at a significantly higher price. Just remember that the people that do call you have the right to do so.

I was just told by the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce that someone is hacking through their system to make calls.  
She gave me the great advice of hitting the pound at least seven times during the call and it will stop calls from that number to you.

I'm also in KY (Lexington) and just got a call from this number today as well. No caller on the line when I answered.
