Richard Boudreau & Associates does not adhere to MA laws.
I will be filing suit against them.  I am also filing complaint with Atty General.They were informed that the debt is
not mine and they are harrassing me. Letters (certified) were sent to them.

Top of their law class I assume  not

This company has been asked that they not call my number
and disturb my peace .To my understanding this is a debt
collection agency .I have no debts that require a collection
agency.
 

This "A. Boudreau" man told me I owe a large balance for a credit card I have never had, now or in the past.  He was also requesting personal identification information, which I would not give him, and he became extremely rude.  I reported them to Do Not Call & filed a complaint.  This is a scam to get your personal information.  

Demand a US Mail address from them so you can send a "Cease and desist" letter. You can google for templates to use.  If they refuse tell them they are in violation of Federal Law, to be specific 15 USC 1601 the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and you will be filing complaints with the FTC and your State's Attorney General then actually contact those agencies and file complaints.  You might also get an external call blocker like a Digitone or Pro Call Blocker and install it and block their number.

I thought we got rid of this person eight months ago when we tried to explain it wasn't us who ran up a $17000. bill at Cosco's. We have never even been to cosco's.   All this person had was a phone number nothing else. Someone must have given them a phony phone number when filling out the store application and it happened to be ours.  It wasn't until I called the person harrassing us a F- - - - - -  idiot that the calls stopped. At least for a few months.  Now it looks like the F- - - - - -  idiot has nothing to do again except to be a F - - - - - - idiot.  Reasoning doesn't work.  So I'm forced to continue to screen all my calls and think of Boudreau & Assoc. as F - - - - - -  idiots.

This is a new name and # calling me. No message of course, and I owe no debt. Every day new #'s call here.

Almost forgot! The name listed on the caller ID is A. Boudreau.

My 85 year old mother has been receiving 5 calls a day from this number. Nobody answers when she picks up, they listen and then hang up. She received 3 calls starting at 8:30 in the morning 5 minutes apart. This person has got to be stopped.
