Got a call from this # - It was to lower interest rates on your credit card to 6%.  As I tried to be transfered to someone to take me off the calling list it kept ringing and ringing.  I got off another site that someone got this call and doesn't even have a credit card.  Pretty sure its a scam.

First clue...it isnt a business phone number...dont trust it. I would actually call the FBI in Errol, New Hampshire where the phone number is coming from, that is the thing, if it was a business phone number you wouldnt be able to find out that information.... NOBODY GIVE THIS PERSON INFORMATION!

I Got a call on my cell from (603)-214-3522 with an auto attendant saying they are from Card Member Services and to press 9 to lower your interested Rate. A man picked up, he asked a few questions then, HE ASKED FOR A CREDIT CARD NUMBER ! ! !, I asked what company he is representing, and CLICK, he hung up.

Scam.  Why hasn't this number been taken out of service?

Received a call from this number at my work at a federal government office. I pressed 1 to "lower interest rate". When I told him I do not want to receive calls at this no. He immediately hung up. I called back the number, pressed 1 to have number removed. Don't know whether it works.

yea.. i got a call and didnt answer...i looked it up and it said new hampshire...looks like i aint the only one called

I answered this call and was actually talking to somebody, but I was very suspicious, so I statered asking questons without releasing any information, not even my name.  As I was asking questions the phone call was terminated, on their end of course and I haven't heard back since.

Called to lower credit card interest on my account. I have NO Credit card with anyone.

Automated call system asked if I would like to lower my current interest rates.  I pressed 1 and was forwarded to a man that identified his company as Mutual Consolidated Savings. He told me that my creditors identified me as having more than $5,000 in debt at above a 12% interest rate.  He asked for the service number on the back of my credit card and card type. I asked if I could call back after checking the company and he hung up.  I believe the web address is www.mcsprograms.com.  Careful with this one, looks like a scam.

Scam. I called the number back and a recording came on that said "were sorry that we have reached your number in error. We only purchase business listings. Please press one to take your number off our calling list" So, I pressed one and I still keep getting these freakin calls.

My phone is broke so when it rings I cannot see the number so I answered it and heard it was "cardmember services" One of my credit cards goes by that. An operator came on and told me I was eligible for a lower interest rate based on a good payment history. Then she asked for a credit card number, my zip code and if it was a visa or mastercard. I asked what card company this was and she said that they work with all companies to lower interest rates. I hung up. I finally got my phone to work to see the number that called. I tried to call it back and kept getting a busy signal.
