I got a call from that number also, didn't answer. Odd they called because this phone is under someone elses name.

I got the same call. They asked me questions about my credit cards. I have called to Bank Of America customer service but they did not have an information about this number and they suggested me immediately lock my credit card. I think good is idea do not speak with those guys.
